A wireless power transmitting device comprises a first coil structure and a control circuit. The first coil structure comprises a first circuit board and a plurality of turns of a coil conductor arranged on the first circuit board. The coil conductor comprises at least one first capacitor structure. Linear distance between the first capacitor structure and an output terminal of the coil conductor is shorter than the linear distance between the first capacitor structure and an input terminal of the coil conductor. Position of the first capacitor structure does not overlap with position of the output terminal. The control circuit measures the first coil structure to determine a power transfer value and determine whether a foreign object has entered a power transmission range between the wireless power transmitting device and the receiving device according to the power transfer value. |

The method includes: receiving information about a state of current de-icing operations from a control tower and a plurality of de-icing areas; running a second intelligent agent to generate estimated de-icing requirements based at least in part on the state of the current de-icing operations; running a first intelligent agent to optimize decisions regarding allocations of the plurality of aircrafts and resources relating to the de-icing areas, based at least in part on the state of the current de-icing operations and the estimated de-icing requirements, thereby generating allocation decisions; and sending the allocation decisions to the control tower and the de-icing areas for use to cause each of the plurality of aircrafts to move to selected ones of the plurality of de-icing areas. |

In a described configuration, the system includes service provider software deployed to a customer endpoint for detecting sensitive data and encrypting the same to produce a cryptogram, at least one service provider server for receiving and storing cryptograms for later access, and a client deployed to a consumption device for requesting cryptograms from the at least one service provider server, transmitting the cryptogram to a customer decryption module for decryption, and for displaying the decrypted sensitive data via the consumption device.
