A valve assembly (100) for a braking system of a vehicle connected to a trailer comprises a hydraulic control solenoid valve (1) and a hydraulic control valve (4), connectable to a pressure source (P) and to a reservoir (T) mounted on board the agricultural vehicle, and configured to receive a brake fluid from the pressure source (P), a hydraulic control line (CL) and a supplementary hydraulic control line (SL) that respectively connect the hydraulic control solenoid valve (1) and the hydraulic control valve (4) to at least one trailer brake. A hydraulic emergency solenoid valve (3) arranged on the supplementary control line (SL), interposed between the hydraulic control valve (4) and said at least one trailer brake, and connectable to the reservoir (T) in such a way that when activated, the pressure in the supplementary control line (SL) is reduced, activating said at least one trailer brake in an emergency braking.

A modular unit for a modular signalling column is described comprising an outer element having an inner surface defining an inner space, a pair of apertures at axially opposite ends, a connection portion arranged adjacent to a first of the apertures and provided with first mechanical bayonet connection means, and second mechanical bayonet connection means arranged in the inner surface of the outer element suitable for cooperating with first mechanical bayonet connection means of an axially adjacent modular unit, an electrical connection plate having a plurality of arcuate or circular concentric contact tracks and a printed circuit board mountable in the inner space of the outer element in which in a condition of mechanical bayonet coupling between two modular units the modular units are electrically connected by sliding contact between a first connector of one unit and the respective contact tracks of the other unit.

An apparatus for capturing an object includes a gas pressure source operable to provide a gas pressure at a gas pressure port, and a capture body having a conduit chamber in communication with the gas pressure port and a conduit opening in communication with the conduit chamber such that the capture body conveys, through the conduit chamber, to the conduit opening, at least some of the gas pressure provided by the gas pressure source at the gas pressure port. The capture body is operable to capture the object using at least some of the gas pressure conveyed through the conduit chamber to the conduit opening. The apparatus also includes a pressure sensor between the gas pressure port and the conduit opening, which is operable to measure gas pressure in the conduit chamber between the gas pressure port and the conduit opening.
