Zusammenfassung
A quick-release connector (10) for connecting a first part constituted by an angling device (80) to a second part constituted by a bank stick or a buzz bar (82) or other angling device. It comprises an insert (14) having a circular cross-section and is secured to one of such first and second parts (80) when the connector (10) is in use. A pod (12) having a recess of circular cross-section to receive the insert (14) is secured to the other of such first and second parts (82) when the connector (10) is in use. The connector (10) further comprises at least one displaceable locking member (44) retained within the pod (12).The pod (12) is displaceable between an engagement position in which it engages the insert (14) when the connector (10) is in use to lock the insert (14) and the pod (12) and hence such first and second parts (80, 82) together when the connector (10) is in use, and a non-engagement position in which it does not so engage the insert (14). A locking component (28) is retained on the pod (12) and is moveable between a first position in which it holds the said at least one displaceable locking member (44) in the said engagement position and a second position in which the said at least one displaceable locking member (44) is released from the said engagement position. The movement of the locking component (28) between its said first and second positions is a rotary movement. |

An outdoor collapsible shelter (10), especially but not exclusively for use in angling, comprising a plurality of ribs (12, 22) which are splayed apart when the shelter is erected for use. Sheet material (18) is attached to the ribs (12, 22) in such a way that it is stretched out when the ribs (12, 22) are so splayed. The shelter (10) has at least one storm rod (24) and at least one connector (26, 28) which connects the said at least one storm rod (24) to one of the said ribs (22) when the shelter is in use. The said at least one connector (26, 28) comprises a releasable snap-fit mechanism (30) having a first part (26) attached to the said at least one of the said ribs (22) and a second part (28) attached to the said at least one storm rod (24) when the shelter (10) is in use. The said first part (26) and the said second part (28) are so constructed that they are connected together releasably by a snap-fit (40, 58) when the shelter (10) is in use. |

The powered gearbox mechanism (200) includes a motor (206) attached to the housing structure (204), a planetary frictional drive (210) connected to a motor shaft (208) of the motor (206) and the housing structure (204), and a strain wave gear set (230) having an input (231) driven by the planetary frictional drive (210) and an output (232) attached to the fixed member structure (202, 203a, 203b), where the powered gearbox mechanism (200) is configured to convert an output of the motor (206) into a rotation of the housing structure (204) relative to the fixed member structure (202, 203a, 203b), thereby causing the rotation of the forearm portion (300) to varying angular positions relative to the upper arm. The fixed member structure (202, 203a, 203b) and the housing structure (204) each are connected to one of a forearm portion (300) and an upper arm portion and rotatable relative to one another about an axis of rotation (x-x) of the forearm portion (300). |
