A battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. The battery cell comprises a casing, a pressure relief structure, and an electrode assembly. The casing is provided with a first wall. The pressure relief structure is disposed on the first wall. The electrode assembly is a wound electrode assembly and is disposed in the casing, and the electrode assembly comprises a flat portion and a first bending portion. Along a first direction, the first bending portion is disposed on the side of the flat portion facing the first wall. A first boundary line is provided between the first bending portion and the flat portion. The distance between the first boundary line and the first wall is L, wherein L ≥ 5 mm. The first direction is perpendicular to the axial direction of the electrode assembly.

This application relates to a solar cell module and a method for preparing the same, a photovoltaic device, an electrical device, and a power generation device. In two adjacent sub-cells, a conductor is connected to a conductive layer of one sub-cell, with at least a portion protruding beyond at least one end of the conductive layer along a second direction. The electrode layer of the other sub-cell can connect with the protruding portion of the conductor outside the sub-cell, achieving series connection between the two sub-cells outside the sub-cells. This eliminates the need for the conventional two scribing operations before electrode layer deposition to achieve series connection, requiring only a cutting operation between sub-cells. Such a design, by providing a conductor protruding at least one end of the conductive layer along the second direction, eliminates the two scribing operations before sub-cell series connection, facilitating a single-cut preparation method, simplifying the preparation process, and improving preparation efficiency. Additionally, eliminating the two scribing operations reduces the likelihood of increased series resistance between sub-cells, thereby enhancing module performance.

The present application relates to the technical field of batteries. Disclosed in the present application are a battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. The battery cell comprises a shell and a pressure relief notch, wherein the shell comprises a first wall; and the pressure relief notch is arranged in the first wall and comprises an arc section and a first extension section, the arc section having a first end, and the first extension section being connected to the first end and extending from the first end in the direction approaching the central axis of the arc section. The present application discloses a battery insertion device, a battery assembly method, and a battery assembly system. The insertion device comprises a machine frame, a bearing mechanism, and an insertion mechanism; the bearing mechanism is arranged on the machine frame, and is used for bearing a bottom cover and an electrode assembly supported above the bottom cover; and the insertion mechanism is arranged on the machine frame, and comprises a case fixing mechanism and a tab part guide mechanism, the case fixing mechanism is used for fixing a case, and the tab part guide mechanism and the case fixing mechanism both can get close to or away from the bearing mechanism, wherein the case fixing mechanism is configured to sleeve the case onto the outer side of the electrode assembly by means of an open end when moving close to the bearing mechanism; and the tab part guide mechanism is configured to guide a tab part to penetrate out of an accommodating cavity through a through hole when the case is sleeved on the electrode assembly. According to the present application, by means of the mode, the tab part smoothly extends out of the case, thereby achieving the accurate insertion of the electrode assembly, reducing the battery preparation difficulty, and improving the assembly efficiency and the yield of batteries.

The present application provides a coating device and coating method for an electrode assembly. The electrode assembly includes an electrode main body, the electrode main body has a first direction, a second direction and a third direction that are orthogonal to each other, and includes two main surfaces, two end surfaces, and two side surfaces, and the coating device includes a discharge assembly, a cutting assembly and a first coating assembly. The discharge assembly is used to store and release a material strip, which includes a plurality of coating films connected in sequence along a length direction of the material strip, and each coating film includes two main coating areas spaced apart from each other and a connecting area connected between the two main coating areas. The cutting assembly is used to cut a head end coating film located at a head end of the material strip from the material strip. The first coating assembly is used to coat the first of the two end surfaces with the connecting area of the head end coating film, and to coat each of the two main surfaces with corresponding one of the two main coating areas, so as to form an electrode coating body. Through the above manner, the action complexity of a coating process can be simplified.
