Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Koordinierung der Übertragung von Echtzeitsegmenten von Sendungen, insbesondere von Live-Streams, aus dem Internet an mehrere Endgeräte zur gemeinsamen Nutzung,wobei ein Webserver vorgesehen ist, auf dem die Echtzeitsegmente der Sendungen in unterschiedlichen Bitraten vorgehalten werden,wobei die Endgeräte über einen Proxy, auf dem ein Reglungsalgorithmus implementiert ist, mit dem Webserver verbunden sind,wobei an jedes Endgerät die ihm zugeordneten Echtzeitsegmente der Sendung übertragen werden,wobei ein erstes Endgerät die Echtzeitsegmente mit einer ersten Bitrate und ein zweites Endgerät die Echtzeitsegmente mit einer zweiten Bitrate anfordert,wobei der Reglungsalgorithmus dem zweiten Endgerät die Sendung mit der ersten Bitrate zuordnet und die Echtzeitsegmente mit der ersten Bitrate an das zweiten Endgerät übertragen werden.

Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zum Identifizieren und Authentifizieren eines Nutzers (10), um dem Nutzer (10) Zugang zu einem gesicherten Bereich in einem IP Netz, insbesondere zu vertraulichen Daten und/oder Diensten, zu gewähren, wobei mittels eines Audio-fähigen Geräts(20) einer von dem Nutzer (10) in das Audio-fähige Gerät (20) gesprochenen Spracheingabe empfangen und in eine Abfolge von Audiofragmenten transformiert wird, und in einer Sprachverarbeitungsplattform (3) jedes Audiofragment mit einer Menge von in einer Referenzdatenbank gespeicherten potentiell mit dem Sprachabdruck übereinstimmenden Referenzsprachabdrücken verglichen wird, um einen übereinstimmenden Referenzsprachabdruck zu finden, wobei jeder gespeicherte nicht ausreichend übereinstimmende Referenzsprachabdruck aus der Menge an potentiell übereinstimmenden Referenzsprachabdrücken verworfen wird, und das Vergleichen (26, 36) für jedes weitere in der Abfolge jeweils nachfolgenden Audiofragments nur mit den in der Menge jeweils verbleibenden potentiell übereinstimmenden Referenzsprachabdrücken aus der Referenzdatenbank rekursiv durchgeführt wird bis nur ein Referenzsprachabdruck als möglicher übereinstimmender Referenzsprachabdruck in der Menge verbleibt. A method, network node, system, and computer program for management of a transfer of network service for a user equipment, UE, from a first to a second mobile telecommunication network cell. Es wird Verfahren zur verbesserten Identifizierung und/oder Authentifizierung eines Nutzers im Rahmen einer Telefonverbindung oder eines Sprachanrufs des Nutzers mit einem Sprachtelefoniesystem, wobei bezüglich einer Mehrzahl von Nutzern jeweils wenigstens eine Sprechermerkmalsinformation zusammen mit jeweils wenigstens einer Anruferkennungsinformation vorliegt oder zugreifbar ist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:-- in einem ersten Schritt wird, ausgehend von einem bestimmten Telekommunikationsendgerät eines bestimmten Nutzers, eine Telefonverbindung oder ein Sprachanruf zum Sprachtelefoniesystem hergestellt, wobei dem bestimmten Telekommunikationsendgerät eine bestimmte Anruferkennungsinformation zugeordnet ist und wobei die bestimmte Anruferkennungsinformation bei der Herstellung der Telefonverbindung oder des Sprachanrufs zum Sprachtelefoniesystem übertragen wird,-- in einem zweiten, dem ersten Schritt nachfolgenden Schritt wird geprüft, ob bezüglich der bestimmten Anruferkennungsinformation eine bestimmte Sprechermerkmalsinformation vorliegt oder zugreifbar ist,-- in einem dritten, dem zweiten Schritt nachfolgenden Schritt wird - sofern die Prüfung, ob bezüglich der bestimmten Anruferkennungsinformation eine bestimmte Sprechermerkmalsinformation vorliegt oder zugreifbar ist, positiv ausfällt - geprüft, ob eine während der Dauer der Telefonverbindung oder des Sprachanrufs erfasste Sprachinformation des Nutzers eine ausreichend große Übereinstimmung mit der bestimmten Sprechermerkmalsinformation aufweist oder ergibt, wobei eine automatisierte Identifizierung und/oder Authentifizierung des bestimmten Nutzers erfolgt, wenn eine solche ausreichend große Übereinstimmung festgestellt wird.

The invention relates to a method for taking into account energy intensity of data transmissions between a user equipment and a telecommunications network, the telecommunications network comprising a core network and an access network, wherein the user equipment is, at least temporarily, in communication exchange with the telecommunications network using radio resources of an air interface between the user equipment and the access network such that a plurality of radio access technologies and/or a plurality of radio signal transmission schemes are able to be used for transmitting uplink data - from the user equipment towards the access network - and/or downlink data - from the access network towards the user equipment -, the plurality of radio access technologies and/or the plurality of radio signal transmission schemes being associated with or related to a first, lower level of energy intensity or at least a second, higher level of energy intensity, wherein the user equipment comprises an energy priority information,wherein, in order to take into account the energy intensity of such data transmissions between the user equipment and the telecommunications network, the method comprises the following steps:-- in a first step, the user equipment receives, from the telecommunications network or from a dedicated network node thereof, at least one energy intensity indication, the at least one energy intensity indication being related to at least one radio access technology and/or at least one radio signal transmission scheme for transmitting uplink data and/or for receiving downlink data,-- in a second step, subsequent to the first step, at least one radio access technology and/or at least one radio signal transmission scheme is selected by the user equipment in dependency of the energy intensity indication and the energy priority information.

The invention refers to a service discovery method for activating an embedded subscriber identity module (eSIM) device comprising: Initiating at least one device comprising an eSIM; connecting the device to at least one of an entry point of a Mobile Network Operator and a designated entitlement configuration server, using an entitlement configuration for automatically activating the eSIM via the connection to the entitlement configuration server and connecting the eSIM with a data service or a data network of the Mobile Network Operator based on the entitlement of designated use-cases, whereby the device and the entitlement configuration server validate parameters and/or methodologies for the entitlement configuration. The invention further relates to a system for an eSIM entitlement, comprising at least one device with an eSIM, at least one entry point of a data service or a data network of a Mobile Network Operator and a designated entitlement configuration server connected to the entry point, whereby the entitlement of the eSIM is implemented between the device and the designated entitlement configuration server using the inventive service discovery method.
