The present disclosure provides a multi-layer stacked battery pack and a vehicle. The battery pack includes: a single-layer module, where the single-layer module includes a frame and a battery module, the frame includes an edge frame and a bottom plate, the undersides of both are connected to enclose a battery chamber that accommodates the battery module; and an upper cover; where a plurality of single-layer modules are stacked along a height direction, the bottom plate of an upper single-layer module of the single-layer modules is connected to the edge frame of an lower single-layer module of the single-layer modules, among adjacent two of the single-layer modules, to close the battery chamber, and the upper cover is connected to the edge frame of a top single-layer module of the single-layer modules.

The present application provides a battery module box cover and a battery module. The battery module box cover includes: a box cover body, where welding holes are formed in the box cover body, and the welding holes penetrates through the box cover body; electrical connection sheets fixed on a side of the box cover body, where welding spots are arranged on the electrical connection sheets, and the welding spots are exposed through the welding holes; and welding hole sealing covers fixed on another side of the box cover body and configured for sealing the welding holes.

A power battery system (1000) and its pressure relief assembly (100) are provided. The power battery system further includes a plurality of battery modules (4). The battery module (4) is internally provided with a pressure relief cavity (43) and at least one cell (41). The pressure relief assembly includes a guide pipe (1) and an explosion-proof valve (2). The guide pipe includes provided with a plurality of flow-collecting sections (11) and at least one converging section (12). The plurality of flow-collecting sections are respectively in communication with the pressure relief cavities of the plurality of battery modules. The flow-collecting section is provided with a first port and a second port. The first port is in communication with the pressure relief cavity of a corresponding battery module, and the second port is in communication with the flow-converging section. One end of the explosion-proof valve is in communication with the flow-converging section, and the other end is in communication with an exterior of the power battery system. A gap is reserved between both the flow-collecting section and the flow-collecting section and the cells in the power battery system.

The application provides a battery box and a battery, relating to a field of battery technology. The battery box includes a box body, a box cover, and a conductive member. The box cover is mounted on the box body to define an installation cavity. The conductive member is elastic and located in the installation cavity. For the at least one tab located in the same segment, the tab has the same width and the same height. A busbar includes multiple fuse structures. A battery module includes the busbar. A battery pack includes the battery module. An apparatus includes the battery pack.

The present disclosure provides a battery housing, a battery cell, and a battery pack. The battery housing includes a top cover plate and a cell housing for assembling a positive terminal. The top cover plate is welded at a top opening provided at a top of the cell housing. The top cover plate is in a shape of a flat plate. The cell housing is outwardly expanded at the top opening along a circumferential direction of the top opening and then bent to form a first step section. The top cover plate abuts against and is welded to the first step section.
