The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rotor having a rotor core structure capable of improving torque. In a rotor according to the present invention, a rotor core 31 is configured from an assembly of split cores 311. Each split core 311 comprises: a main pole magnet slot 312 into which a main pole magnet 321 is inserted; a d-axis core part 311a which is on the stator 2-side of the main pole magnet slot 312; and a back yoke 311b which is on the reverse side of the main pole magnet slot 312 from the d-axis core part 311a. A housing 33 comprises a projection part 332 that projects inward in the radial direction. The housing 33 including the projection part 332 is configured from a non-magnetic material. Two adjacent split cores 311 and projection parts 332 constitute a spoke magnet slot 313 for accommodating a spoke magnet 322. The split cores 311 and the housing 33 are coupled by a dovetail structure composed of the back yokes 311b and the projection parts 332. |

The present invention enables continuous detection of accurate train speed even in a trackless section without a track surface. For the detection, a speed detection device of the present invention includes: a millimeter wave speed sensor having a transmission function of emitting an irradiation wave of the electromagnetic wave and a reception function of receiving a reflected wave of the irradiation wave; a distance calculator that calculates a distance from the millimeter wave speed sensor to a reflective object based on a delay time of the reflected wave from the irradiation wave; and a speed calculator that calculates speed based on a difference between a beat frequency calculated from a difference between the irradiation wave and the reflected wave, and a beat frequency calculated before the calculated beat frequency, in which the speed calculator determines a sampling condition based on the distance from the millimeter wave speed sensor to the reflective object calculated by the distance calculator, and calculates speed by using only a component of the reflected wave satisfying the sampling condition. |

The present invention enables an accurate measurement of running speed even in running regions with a decrease in measurement accuracy of a CW millimeter-wave speed sensor, such as a pit track in a rail yard, a bridge area and the like.For this purpose, a speed detection apparatus including a speed sensor and a sensor selector. The speed sensor is capable of switching between modes for a CW (Continuous Wave) scheme and a FMCW (Frequency Modulation Continuous Wave) scheme. The speed selector selects the FMCW scheme for the speed sensor at or below a predetermined speed, and selects the CW scheme in other speed regions.As required, a plurality of speed detection apparatuses is installed in a train formation and also each speed detection apparatus includes an SNR determination unit. When the detection accuracy of one of the speed detection apparatuses decreases, the mode of another speed detection apparatus is changed for a certain period of time in order to acquire accurately the running speed of a car with stability. |
