An apparatus for forming a winding coil (20) out of a continuous wire and a method of controlling said apparatus. The apparatus including - a transfer unit (100) configured to transfer said coil(20), - an upper mold unit (200) comprising an upper mold tool (250) and configured to form a leg portion (22) of said coil and - a lower mold unit (300) comprising a lower mold tool (350) and configured to form a crown portion (24) of said coil. Wherein said upper mold unit (200) and tool (250) plus said lower mold unit (300) including the tool (350) are sequentially transferrable in a longitudinal direction of the coil (20) to continuously form said coil. Said continuous wire might have a round cross-section and said coil (20) is suitable for a wave-winding of an electric machine driving a vehicle.

An apparatus for mounting a curtain airbag cushion is provided. The apparatus includes a ramp on which the curtain airbag cushion folded in a rolled form is placed and supported, the ramp including a fixing portion, and a mounting plate coupled to the fixing portion of the ramp to fix the ramp to a vehicle body. The mounting plate is provided with a fixing leg protruding toward the fixing portion, and in a state where the fixing leg is inserted in a structure that passes through a coupling hole formed in the fixing portion, the fixing leg is bent by an external force to fix the mounting plate to the fixing portion.

A method, an apparatus and a system for improving the stability of directional cornering of a vehicle by using a torque-sensitive limited slip differential (LSD) and torque vectoring by-brake are provided. According to the present disclosure, a method executed by a vehicle control device, the method includes activating torque vectoring by-brake control when a vehicle accelerates at a corner, calculating an actual differential slip of the vehicle and a threshold value, comparing the actual differential slip with the threshold value, maintaining the activation of the torque vectoring by-brake control when the actual differential slip is smaller than the threshold value and calculating traction inside a wheel of the vehicle and a traction threshold value when the actual differential slip is not smaller than the threshold value, and determining whether to activate the torque vectoring by-brake control based on the traction inside the wheel and the traction threshold value.

A control device may include a display device and an interior panel that is operatively linked to the display device and includes a touch-sensitive surface on one surface, and a control mode of the interior panel may be changeable by operating the display device. The touch-sensitive surface may be configured to be illuminated in response to a user touch, and a function of the control mode may be controlled based on a user input provided to the touch-sensitive surface.

The present disclosure relates to a rotor module, and more specifically, to a rotor module with a cooling structure. The rotor module with a cooling structure of the present disclosure may include a rotor core formed in a cylindrical shape in which a hollow hole passing through a central portion is formed, a cooling flow path unit in which a cooling fluid flows and which cools the rotor core, and an end plate provided so that one surface is in contact with both ends of the rotor core in an axial direction and having oil storage, spreading, and transmission functions at both ends of the rotor core. Accordingly, the rotor module with the cooling structure of the present disclosure uses oil cooling the existing end coil to directly cool a rotor assembly and further cools a stator, thereby effectively resolving heat generation and demagnetization issues.

The apparatus includes a ramp (100) on which a curtain airbag cushion folded in a rolled form is placed and supported, a fixing clip (200) fitted into a fixing portion (130) provided on the ramp for fixing the ramp to a vehicle body, the fixing clip having a connection hole (211,221) that is connected to a through-hole (131) formed in the fixing portion in a state where the fixing clip is fitted into the fixing portion, and a fastening member that passes through the connection hole of the fixing clip and the through-hole of the fixing portion to fastened the ramp to the vehicle body.
