The present invention relates to a method for removing a high-adhesion binder and a carbon conductive material from a waste battery or waste scrap including at least one selected from the group consisting of a positive electrode material and a negative electrode material, a high-adhesion binder containing fluorine, and a carbon conductive material, the method including mixing an additive with a pulverized waste battery or pulverized waste scrap to form a mixture, heat-treating the mixture to remove a high-adhesion binder and a carbon conductive material, and washing the mixture from which the high-adhesion binder and the carbon conductive material have been removed, wherein the additive is at least one selected from the group consisting of NaOH, KOH, Ca(OH)<sub>2</sub>, and Mg(OH)<sub>2</sub>. |

Zusammenfassung
Provided is a method for preparing a ruthenium catalyst composite for ammonia synthesis, including the steps of: (c) carrying out drying and primary heat treatment of a magnesium/aluminum precursor to prepare a calcined magnesium/ aluminum material; (d) impregnating the calcined magnesium/aluminum material with an aqueous barium precursor solution, and carrying out drying and secondary heat treatment to prepare a calcined magnesium/aluminum/barium material; and (e) impregnating the calcined magnesium/aluminum/barium material with a ruthenium precursor solution, and carrying out drying and tertiary heat treatment to prepare a ruthenium catalyst composite. A ruthenium catalyst composite for ammonia synthesis obtained by the method is also provided. The method can prevent ruthenium (Ru) loss caused by ruthenium (Ru) volatilization in preparing the catalyst and in synthesizing ammonia. The ruthenium catalyst composite for ammonia synthesis includes a trace amount of aluminum, and thus can solve the problem of degradation of catalytic activity caused by high-content aluminum oxide. |

Disclosed is a solid oxide stack. The solid oxide stack according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a module formed by stacking a plurality of unit cells, and upper and lower manifolds installed at the top and bottom of the module, respectively. Each unit cell comprises a cell frame with a central opening, an air electrode current collector, a solid oxide cell, and a fuel electrode current collector sequentially stacked and seated within the central opening; an interconnect formed on the cell frame, having an air flow channel on one surface and a fuel flow channel on the opposite surface; a cell sealant located at the interface between the cell frame and the solid oxide cell; and a fuel electrode sealant located at the interface between the cell frame and the interconnect. The module is formed with air inlets and fuel inlets/outlets penetrating vertically through its top and bottom, allowing air to flow into the air flow channel through the upper or lower manifold and exit through an air outlet formed as an open structure on one side of the module. |

Disclosed is a solid oxide stack. The solid oxide stack according to the present invention includes: a module formed by stacking a plurality of unit cells; an upper manifold and a lower manifold installed to support a top surface and a bottom surface of the module, respectively; wherein each unit cell includes a cell frame with a central opening, an air electrode current collector, a solid oxide cell, and a fuel electrode current collector sequentially stacked and seated within the central opening, an interconnect formed on the cell frame having a fuel flow channel on one surface and an air flow channel on the opposite surface, a cell sealant positioned at the interface between the cell frame and the solid oxide cell, and a fuel electrode sealant positioned at the interface between the cell frame and the interconnect; and wherein the air flow channel opens to at least one side of the module. According to the present invention, the stack provides a removable modular unit structure without requiring an air electrode sealant, allowing defective or aged cells to be easily replaced without affecting the stack's overall performance. This simplifies maintenance, extends the stack's lifespan, and reduces operational costs. |
