A device 10 for diagnosing an abnormality by measuring a minimal change in a muscle according to an embodiment includes a vibration unit 110 that provides vibration to a body part of a user; a measuring unit 120 that detects a minimal change in a muscle by measuring a change in elasticity of the body part according to the vibration; and a processing unit 130 that calculates an abnormality of the body part based on the change in the elasticity of the body part, wherein the processing unit 130 calculates the abnormality of the body party by using an algorithm that detects a degree to which a specific value of the muscle is far from a distribution chart by analyzing data distribution or an anomaly detection algorithm that detects whether there is anomaly in a variable. |

In the present specification, a method and an apparatus for generating ocular movement ability information are disclosed. The method for generating ocular movement ability information, according to the present specification, is a method for generating ocular movement ability information using a device including an RGB camera, a depth sensor, and an ocular tracking sensor in a housing of a predetermined shape mounted on a head of a subject, and may comprise: (a) calculating, by a processor, coordinates for a plurality of grid points in image data obtained by photographing an ocular movement indicator input from the RGB camera; (b) receiving, from the ocular tracking sensor by the processor, a measurement value for the gaze direction of one of the eyes of the subject of which the field of view is blocked, and storing the measurement value; (c) storing, by the processor, timing (hereinafter, referred to as "timing information") at which one of the eyes of the subject of which the field of view is open fixates at the grid points included in the ocular movement indicator; and (d) calculating, by the processor, a gaze error of the subject with respect to each of the grid points by using distance information between the subject and the indicator input from the depth sensor, the timing information, and gaze tracking information. |

Zusammenfassung
The present disclosure relates to Fab-arm exchange-preventing Fc variants having reduced effector functions due to the removal of binding affinity to FcyRs and C1q. Human antibody Fc domain variants of the present disclosure are novel variants different from conventional Fab-arm exchange-preventing variants and can overcome the Fab-arm exchange phenomenon, which is a disadvantage of IgG4, while not binding to all human FcyRs and C1q and not binding to mouse and monkey Fc7Rs, and have excellent blood half-life and thermal stability, and thus can be used for the prevention of immune cell/normal cell death (toxicity) caused by an antibody Fc region of a therapeutic antibody or Fc-fusion protein drug. |
