A signal processing device and a vehicle display apparatus including the same are disclosed. The signal processing device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: at least one neural processor; and a central processor configured to execute a hypervisor, wherein the central processor is configured to execute a plurality of virtual machines on the hypervisor, wherein a first virtual machine among the plurality of virtual machines is configured to control the neural processor to operate, or to output result data at a variable frame rate based on sensor data from a sensor device in a vehicle. Accordingly, it is possible to efficiently operate the neural processor.

An image decoding method and device, according to the present disclosure, derive transform coefficients of the current block from a bitstream, determine a non-separable primary transform (NSPT) set for the current block, determine an NSPT kernel of the current block on the basis of the NSPT set and a transform index, perform NSPT on the transform coefficients of the current block on the basis of the NSPT kernel so as to derive residual samples, and can restore the current block on the basis of the residual samples. The NSPT can be applied on the basis that the size of the current block belongs to a group of one or more block sizes to which the NSPT can be applied.

The present disclosure relates to a device and a method for controlling cooling and heating in a home, and a system therefor.
