An avalanche photodiode (100) includes a first semiconductor layer (22) having a p-type conductivity, a barrier layer (24) stacked on a surface of the first semiconductor layer and having a p-type conductivity, a light-absorbing layer (26, 28, 30) stacked on a surface of the barrier layer opposite to the first semiconductor layer and having a p-type conductivity, a second semiconductor layer (32) stacked on a surface of the light-absorbing layer opposite to the barrier layer, a multiplication layer (38) stacked opposite to the light-absorbing layer with respect to the second semiconductor layer, and a third semiconductor layer (52) stacked opposite to the second semiconductor layer with respect to the multiplication layer and having an n-type conductivity. The first semiconductor layer, the barrier layer, the light-absorbing layer, the second semiconductor layer, and the multiplication layer form a first mesa (10). The third semiconductor layer forms a second mesa (13). The second mesa is located inside the first mesa in plan view and protrudes more than the first mesa in a thickness direction. The barrier layer has a doping concentration equal to or higher than a doping concentration of the light-absorbing layer. The second semiconductor layer has a doping concentration equal to or lower than the doping concentration of the light-absorbing layer.

A piezoelectric sensor wire includes a core wire, an organic piezoelectric layer, and an electrode region. The core wire includes: a steel wire; and a covering layer made of copper or a copper alloy covering the steel wire. The core wire has a wire diameter of 30 µm or more and 200 µm or less. The organic piezoelectric layer covers an outer peripheral surface of the core wire so as to be in contact with the outer peripheral surface. The organic piezoelectric layer has an average thickness of 2.5 µm or more and 7.5 µm or less. The electrode region is in contact with the organic piezoelectric layer and surrounds the core wire while being spaced apart from the core wire. A wire diameter of the piezoelectric sensor wire is 300 µm or less. The covering layer is in contact with a first outer peripheral surface being an outer peripheral surface of the steel wire over an entire area of the first outer peripheral surface.

A heat-shrinkable tube includes an outer layer having a cylindrical shape, and an inner layer disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the outer layer. The outer layer contains a first fluororesin, the inner layer contains a second fluororesin as a main component, the inner layer has a shear viscosity of 300 Pa·s to 10,000 Pa·s at 215°C and a shear rate of 10/s, and the inner layer has a shear viscosity of 3,000 Pa·s to 70,000 Pa·s at 200°C and a shear rate of 1/s.

A power cable including a conductor including a copper wire containing copper or a copper alloy and an aluminum wire containing aluminum or an aluminum alloy, wherein at least a portion of the copper wire and at least a portion of the aluminum wire are in contact with each other.
