It is preferred that in the rubber composition for tire treads or tire sidewalls, the rubber composition does not contain (N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine). |

A rubber composition for tire sidewalls or rubber composition for tire treads comprising a diene-based rubber, a filler, a vulcanizing agent, an antiaging agent, and a graphene powder, wherein the antiaging agent contains at least an amine-ketone-based antiaging agent and N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, and when a content of N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine and a content of the graphene powder per 100 parts by mass of a total amount of the diene-based rubber are respectively defined as X and Y, 1.5 ≤ X + Y ≤ 10, and X : Y is 1 : 3 to 3 : 1 are satisfied. |

A pneumatic tire includes a tread (2). The pneumatic tire further includes a carcass and a belt. The tread (2) includes a pair of shoulder main grooves (12, 13) and shoulder ribs (50, 60) disposed further outward in the tire axial direction relative to the shoulder main grooves (12, 13), respectively. Each of the shoulder ribs (50, 60) includes a slit (51, 61) that extends in a direction intersecting the shoulder main grooves (12, 13) and terminates within the shoulder rib (50, 60). The slit (51, 61) has an inward end in the tire axial direction, and the inward end is disposed further inward in the tire axial direction relative to a contact end (E1, E2) of the tread (2). A ratio (D/W) of a length D [mm] of the belt in a tire axial direction with respect to a contact width W[mm] of the tread is less than 1.1. |
