The ECU (100) diagnoses whether there is an abnormality in the charger (2), when where the charger (2) and the vehicle (1) are connected to each other through the charging cable (3), the abnormality being able to be diagnosed in a state where the connector (310) has been inserted into the inlet (110), and sends information indicating an abnormality occurrence, to the server (5) through the communication device (180), when where the ECU (100) diagnoses the charger (2) as having the abnormality. |

When an anode mixture containing a silicon-based active material and a sulfide solid electrolyte is layered over a surface of an anode current collector containing copper to form an anode, the sulfide solid electrolyte reacts with copper at the OCV of the silicon-based active material, and copper diffuses from the anode current collector via the sulfide solid electrolyte toward a cathode side, to cause minor short circuits of a cathode and the anode. When the anode mixture is made, lithium is diffused into the silicon-based active material, to lower potential. Specifically, a sulfide solid-state battery is produced via a first step of doping at least one material selected from graphite and lithium titanate with lithium, to obtain a predoped material; a second step of mixing the sulfide solid electrolyte, the silicon-based active material, and the predoped material, to obtain the anode mixture; and a third step of layering the anode mixture over the surface of the anode current collector that contains copper, to obtain the anode. |
