This control method includes: activating the electric motor 41 by an activation operation; and regulating the activation of the electric motor 41 without depending on the activation operation when activation conditions are not satisfied. The activation conditions include a first condition related to the state of charge of the secondary battery 50. |

The output section 1 is supported by the center frame 2011 and outputs a driving force of an electric motor 11.
