Über die Kanzlei
Baron Warren Redfern entstand 2008 aus dem Zusammenschluss zweier alteingesessener britischer Kanzleien: Baron & Warren (gegründet 1924) und G. F. Redfern & Co., deren Wurzeln bis 1830 zurückreichen. Von ihrem Sitz im Londoner Stadtteil Brentford aus betreut die Kanzlei als UK- und European Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys Mandanten von internationalen Konzernen wie Stellantis und TE Connectivity bis zu Start-ups, auch im Marken- und Designrecht. Neuen Mandanten wird eine kostenlose einstündige Erstberatung angeboten, verbunden mit dem Versprechen, Anfragen binnen eines Werktags zu beantworten. An electrical connector assembly (100) includes an outer housing (200) holding first and second electrical connectors (120, 150) and a CPA device (300). The CPA device is movable between a pre-stage position and a seated position and includes a main body (310), a first CPA element (320) configured to interface with a first latch (240) and the first electrical connector, and a second CPA element (350) configured to interface with a second latch (260) and the second electrical connector. Movement of the CPA device into the seated position provides a mechanical indication that both the first and second electrical connectors are properly positioned within the outer housing and movement of the CPA device is prevented when at least one of the first and second electrical connectors are not fully inserted in the outer housing. |

The locking mechanism (100) comprises: a holding collar (102) with a through hole (106), which can be pushed onto the plug connector (300) and wherein the holding collar (102) has at least one bail retainer (112); and a bail (104) having holding elements (132) with connection elements (136) for connection with the mating connector (402). At least one section (130) of the bail (104) can be engaged with the at least one bail retainer (112) to secure the plug connection (400). The invention further relates to a plug connection (400) with a locking mechanism (100), wherein in an assembled state (404), the plug connector (300) and the mating connector (402) are connected to each other. |
