Bury & Bury Kancelaria Patentowa aus Warschau steht nach eigener Darstellung bereits in der dritten Generation im Dienst des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes und wird seit der Gründung 2015 von Marek Bury geleitet. Zusammenfassung
The subject of the invention is a method for determining tooth vitality comprising a step of applying radiation and a step of measuring the radiation being the tooth's response to stimulation with radiation to obtain a measurement signal, and then a step of processing the measurement signal to determine time-varying components associated with blood flow to obtain information for assessing tooth vitality. In the step of applying radiation, radio waves with a frequency in the range of 1 to 25 GHz are applied to the tooth. In the step of processing, the time-varying components associated with blood flow are discriminated. The tooth vitality assessment is made on the basis of a comparison of at least one parameter of the components associated with blood flow with a predefined threshold. The subject of the invention is also a measuring device for determining the patient's tooth vitality, comprising a measurement module (1), a transceiver (2) connected thereto and provided with an arm comprising a transmission line (4), and a radiation applicator (5), the measurement module being adapted to measure the radiation being the tooth's response to stimulation with radiation to obtain a measurement signal. The transceiver (2) is adapted to transmit and receive radiation with a frequency in the range of 1 GHz to 25 GHz. The control module (10) is adapted to discriminate time-varying components associated with blood flow. The computer program product according to the invention is adapted to be run in the control module of the device according to the invention and comprises a set of instructions causing the method according to the invention to be performed. |

A pectus bar system comprises at least one correction plate (10) of elongated shape having narrowed sections (12) with rows of holes (15) at its ends and at least one stabilizing plate (30) with rows of holes (35) adapted to be attached to the side of the patient's chest. The stabilizing plate (30) and the correction plate (10) are adapted to be connected to each other by a screw connection through the holes (15, 35). The holes (15) in the correction plate (10) are provided with internal threads. The system further comprises a headless double-threaded positioning screw (20) provided with a socket (29) for a tool and having a first thread (21) complementary to the thread of the hole (15) in the correction plate (10). The positioning screw (20) is also provided with a second thread (23) passing through the hole (35) in the stabilizing plate (30). The system also comprises a nut (40) provided with an internal thread (43) complementary to the second thread (23) of the positioning screw (20). The nut (40) has a head (42) wider than the hole (35) in the stabilizing plate (30). The correction plate (10) is provided with toothing (16) around the holes (15), whereas the stabilizing plate (30) is provided with toothing (36) complementary to the toothing (16) of the correction plate (10) around the holes (35), around at least part of their circumference. |

A method for manufacturing additives for mineral-asphalt mixtures from unsorted mixed municipal waste, in which the waste is mechanically shredded and the fraction unsuitable for reuse is separated therefrom using separation screens, a ferromagnetic separator and a conveyor belt, is distinguished in that the pre-shredded and screened waste is subjected to final shredding (131) in a high-speed shredder equipped with cutting knives (402) and counter-knives (401) with adjustable positions, and a screen (403) with a mesh size substantially less than 25 mm, preferably less than 15 mm, most preferably in the range of substantially 5 to 10 mm, wherein the distance between the cutting knives (402) and the screen (403) is set in the range of 2 to 11 cm, preferably 5 to 7 cm, most preferably 4 to 6 cm. A device for manufacturing additives for mineral-asphalt mixtures from unsorted mixed municipal waste, equipped with feed hoppers, shredders, ferromagnetic separators, separation screens, and an air separator, is distinguished by the fact that it is further equipped with a high-speed shredder equipped with cutting knives (402) and counter-knives (401) with adjustable positions, and a separation screen (403) with a mesh size substantially less than 25 mm, preferably less than 15 mm, and most preferably in the range of substantially 5 to 10 mm. Additives for mineral-asphalt mixtures produced from unsorted mixed municipal waste using the method according to the invention. |

A method of atomization of powdered feedstock material (104), comprising the following steps, performed simultaneously and/or alternately: the step of subjecting said powdered feedstock material (104) to melting by heating it with a focused heat source (140) to obtain a melt pool (106) of liquid feedstock material (104) on a tip (105) of an ultrasonic element (101); the step of subjecting the melt pool (106) to ultrasonic vibrations by means of the vibrating ultrasonic element (101); the step of feeding the powdered feedstock material (104) to the melt pool (106) in the first stream (114) impinging the melt pool (106) and comprising a carrier gas and the powdered feedstock material (104) suspended in said gas. According to the invention, the ultrasonic element (101) is cooled and in the step of subjecting the melt pool (106) to ultrasonic vibrations, the ultrasonic vibrations are induced in the melt pool (106) by means of the ultrasonic element (101), causing the melt pool material (106) to be ejected as an atomization product (254). The heating profile (514) of the focused heat source (140) and/or the cooling profile of the melt pool (106) and/or the gas blowing profile onto the melt pool (106) and/or the feed rate of the feedstock material (104) are selected so that the melt pool (106) is concave in shape and has two regions, including a shallower region (106a) in which the ultrasonic atomization rate exceeds the feed rate of the feedstock material and a deeper region (106b) in which the feed rate of the feedstock material exceeds the atomization rate. The atomization product (254) ejected from the melt pool (106) is collected using the second gas stream (124). The invention also provides a device (100) for atomization of the powdered feedstock material using the method according to the invention. |
