Über die Kanzlei
Curell Suñol wurde 1946 vom Ingenieur Marcelino Curell Suñol in Barcelona gegründet, der 1955 als Agent der spanischen Industrieeigentumsbehörde und 1986 als europäischer Patentvertreter zugelassen wurde. Aus dem ursprünglichen Einzelbüro wuchs mit Niederlassungen in Madrid (seit 1965) und Alicante (seit 1996) eine der traditionsreichsten spanischen Kanzleien für Patente, Marken, Designs und Urheberrecht. Der Gründer war zudem 1987 Mitbegründer und späterer Präsident der spanischen Vereinigung der bei internationalen Organisationen zugelassenen Vertreter (AGESORPI). Beraten wird auf Spanisch, Katalanisch und Englisch.

Zusammenfassung
Method to adjust a processing parameter of an additive manufacturing process for controlling the porosity of a metallic part manufactured with said process, wherein the processing parameter has an effect on the porosity of the metallic part. The method comprises the steps of manufacturing at least one metallic part with the additive manufacturing process; applying at least two electric terminals to the manufactured metallic part and measuring the electric resistance between the two electric terminals; and adjusting the processing parameter in the additive manufacturing process in function of the measured electric resistance for additive manufacturing a metallic part with a controlled porosity. |

Zusammenfassung
The present invention relates to a cable channel assembly comprising a cable channel (1) and a cable-holder component (11) coupled to same. The cable channel (1) has a straight segment with a U-shaped cross-section and an outer guide (6) on its bottom wall (2). The cable-holder component (11) comprises a channel (12) with a U-shaped cross-section, with an outer shoulder (16) on which an end of the cable channel (11) rests and a perimeter lip (17) resting on the side and bottom walls of the cable channel (1). The side walls of the cable channel (1) and of the channel (12) have fixing means. The cable-holder component (11) has on its bottom wall a lug (20) which is inserted into the outer guide (6) in the coupling position to increase the rigidity in the attachment area. |

Zusammenfassung
A writing device assembly and a writing content identification method are provided. The assembly includes a writing apparatus including a pressure sensing unit, an optical identification unit and a processor, and a writing medium having code points printed thereon. The pressure sensing unit generates a pressure sensing signal when sensing that the writing apparatus contacts the writing medium. The optical identification unit captures a code point image of the code points in the writing medium when the pressure sensing unit generates the pressure sensing signal, analyze the code point image to obtain a code point value, and send the code point value to the processor. The processor identifies a code point type of the code point value, analyzes the code point value to determine a writing trace when the code point type is identified to be a coordinate code, and identifies the writing trace to obtain writing content. |
