A sensor assembly configured for use in a vehicle suspension system. The sensor assembly including a main body, a nose, a first sensor, and a second sensor. The main body defining a first receptacle and including a first end and a second end. The nose extending from the main body and defining a second receptacle. The first sensor disposed in the first receptacle and configured to measure a first vehicle characteristic of the vehicle suspension system. The second sensor disposed in the second receptacle and configured to measure a second vehicle characteristic, and the second vehicle characteristic being different than the first vehicle characteristic.

In general terms, this invention provides a twin-tube damper having an outer and inner tube creating a chamber between the inner and outer tubes for oil. A piston and rod move within the inner tube in response to driving conditions. A base valve assembly is positioned between the inner tube and outer tube. The base valve assembly includes a cylinder end with a first end and a second end. Openings extend through the cylinder end and are in fluid communication between the inner tube and the outer tube. The base valve assembly first end defines a seal surface and an intake disc is mounted adjacent the seal surface. The seal surface has a lowered section. A compression relief valve assembly is positioned adjacent the second end. When pressure is low in the inner tube, the gap between the seal surface and the intake disc allows additional oil flow paths through the base valve assembly. The gap is incrementally closed by the intake disc when pressure increases in the inner tube.

A two-stage valve assembly for a vehicle lift system comprises an outer sleeve (24) extending along an axis (A) between a first end (26) and a second end (28). A stator (30) is located in the first end and a valve opening (40) is located in the second end. The two-stage valve assembly includes an armature assembly (32) for selectively closing and opening the valve opening in a first-stage open position and a second-stage open position. The armature assembly comprises a plunger (62) moveable along the axis that includes a poppet portion (66) having a poppet seal oriented towards the second end. A plunger seat (72) is moveable along the axis being located between the poppet portion and the valve opening. The plunger seat includes a seat seal for sealing against the valve opening. A seat channel extends through the seat seal and the plunger seat and is in fluid communication with the valve opening.

The invention relates to a thermally insulated hinge arrangement (1) and in particular a door or window hinge arrangement, comprising at least two hinge members (2) connected to each other in an articulated manner by means of a common hinge pin (8) and fastened to thermal insulating profile element (3) of a frame (4) and a sash (5), wherein the frame (4) defines an interior side (W) and an exterior side (Z) of the hinge arrangement (1) and in the closed position of the hinge arrangement (1) a gap of a non-zero width (h) is defined between adjacent thermal insulating profile elements (3). In order to increase a thermal insulation of such a hinge arrangement (1) and to prevent a formation of a thermal bridge in the area thereof, the hinge arrangement (1) comprises at least one sealing element (6) made of plastic and arranged between at least one hinge member (2b) and a thermal insulating profile element (3) corresponding to the at least one hinge member (2b) and surrounding this hinge member (2b) from the interior side (W) and from the sides by which the straight lines parallel to the axis (z) of the hinge pin (8) are passed through, wherein the height (H) of the at least one sealing element (6) is greater that the width (h) of the gap, and wherein an edge (61) of the at least one sealing element (6) that is distant from the hinge member (2b) is pressed in the closed position of the hinge arrangement (1).
