Zusammenfassung
A system and method are provided for processing an industrial effluent and cultivating microalgae. The system comprises a primary tank, a screening unit with a motor-driven cleaning mechanism, a flocculation tank supplied with a chemical flocculant, a sand filter, an acidification unit with pH control, a solid-liquid separation unit, an anaerobic digestion unit, and a microalga cultivation unit. The effluent is screened, flocculated, filtered, acidified to a pH from 4.2 to 5.2, preferably 4.45 to 4.75, and subjected to solid-liquid separation to remove precipitated proteins and destabilised colloidal material, thereby producing a clarified effluent. The clarified effluent is anaerobically digested at a defined organic loading rate to generate biogas and a liquid digestate. At least a portion of the digestate and/or carbon dioxide derived from the biogas is used for microalga cultivation. The system enables stable anaerobic digestion without membrane-based pretreatment and provides a conditioned stream suitable for downstream microalga growth. |

Another aspect relates to an injection method for manufacturing a seat comprising: providing a mould, or set of moulds, configured for fluid injection moulding; heating the thermoplastic material to its molten state at a controlled temperature; injecting the molten thermoplastic material into a mould, or set of moulds, under high pressure to fill the mould cavity; injecting a work-fluid into the molten thermoplastic material, creating a plurality of hollow channels within the structural frame; cooling and demoulding the solidified structural frame from the mould, or set of moulds. |

Zusammenfassung
The present disclosure relates to a construction material, a method for manufacturing the construction material reusing effluents and wastewater from the textile industry and uses thereof. It is disclosed a construction material, comprising: a controlled textile effluent and/or wastewater; at least one calcium-based hydraulic binder; at least one aggregate; and wherein the controlled textile effluent complies with the following parameters: pH from 5.5 to 9.5, chemical oxygen demand lower or equal to 1,500 mg O<2>/L, biochemical oxygen demand lower or equal 1,000 mg O<2>/L, suspended solids lower or equal 1,000 mg/L, and heavy metal concentrations not exceeding 1.0 mg/L Pb, 2.0 mg/L Cr, 0.1 mg/L Cr(VI), 5.0 mg/L Zn and 2.0 mg/L Ni, and wherein the textile effluent partially or totally replaces mixing water and is chemically and physically immobilised within the hardened construction material. |

Zusammenfassung
A wall cladding system is disclosed in which cladding planks are reversibly mounted on Ω-shaped support rails by slot-fit hooks providing gravitational retention. Each hook includes anti-rotation and locking features cooperating with the support rail to prevent involuntary disengagement under wind and vibration. The system allows controlled thermal expansion through elongated compensation openings and enables selective removal of individual planks through a defined sequence of sliding, rotation and withdrawal movements, preventing involuntary disengagement under wind and vibration. The system provides secure retention without rigid fastening while allowing easy installation and maintenance. |

The present disclosure relates to a construction material, such us blocks with different geometric configurations, forms and dimensions, pavers, pillars, beams, among others, derived from the treatment and valorisation of textile industry effluents and wastewater, and other residues from industrial processes,, namely ashes and slag from construction and demolitions, , as well as to a method for treating industrial effluents by functional incorporation into a solid matrix, methods of manufacturing said construction material, and uses thereof. The said construction material and the associated effluent treatment method enable the valorisation of water and industrial effluents, reduce the consumption of natural resources, convert liquid industrial waste into a chemically stabilised and immobilised form, reduces the consumption of natural recourses, and minimizes the ecological footprint of the construction sector. |

The present disclosure provides a flow accelerator device comprising an inverted aerofoil-shaped cross-section formed by one or more panels, defining a leading edge, trailing edge, upper surface, and lower surface, where the lower surface extends further than the upper surface. Mechanically connected to a base fixed upstream of a duct, the device generates low pressure within the duct to enhance air extraction. By leveraging aerodynamic principles, the device increases airflow efficiency in chimneys, fireplaces, ventilation towers, and similar structures. Its application includes buildings such as residential houses, offices, and industrial facilities, providing effective airflow management and smoke extraction.
