Über die Kanzlei
Stellbrink & Partner wurde erst 2016 in München gegründet, wobei Gründer Axel Stellbrink zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits auf mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung als Patentanwalt zurückblicken konnte, unter anderem in Beratungsmandaten in den USA, Israel, China, Japan und Korea. Unter dem Motto „Innovation drives it all“ begleitet die Kanzlei ihre Mandanten nicht nur bei Anmeldeverfahren vor EPA, DPMA und WIPO, sondern auch bei Einspruchs- und Nichtigkeitsverfahren sowie bei Lizenzierungsfragen und der strategischen Bewertung von Innovationen. Das Team bringt fachliche Hintergründe aus Chemie, Elektrotechnik und Softwareentwicklung mit und positioniert sich damit gezielt an der Schnittstelle von Recht und Technik.

A computing system and process for performing identification of the type of computing devices communicating via wireless Bluetooth protocols. The computing system involves customized or non-customized computing systems that are configured to send queries via all protocols described in Bluetooth specifications, as well as vendor-specific protocols. The computing system analyzes raw data, in combination with behavioral data, in combination with ground-truth data about known devices, in order to establish a device identification about any computing device communicating via Bluetooth. In the absence of ground-truth data, device identification is inferred with an associated confidence level based on synthesis across all collected data. |

Zusammenfassung
A method of purifying hybridized RNA polynucleotides involves a washing step in which no ethanol or less than 5% ethanol is used in the buffer that washes the beads to which the hybridized RNA polynucleotides have precipitated so as to separate them from unbound DNA oligonucleotides. A binding buffer that includes the beads is combined with a hybridization solution that includes salt and RNA polynucleotides of bacterial species that are hybridized to DNA oligonucleotides. The binding buffer and the hybridization solution are removed from the aggregated beads. The washing buffer, as is conventionally used, is added to the beads after the binding buffer and the hybridization solution have been removed. The washing buffer is removed from the aggregated beads. An elution buffer is added to the beads after the washing buffer has been removed. The elution buffer which contains the purified hybridized RNA polynucleotides is removed from the aggregated beads. |
