The functional area (11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61) has first and second sides (111, 211, 311, 411, 511, 611; 112, 212, 312, 412, 512, 612) opposite to each other. The first end (12, 22, 32, 42, 52, 62) is disposed on the first side (111, 211, 311, 411, 511, 611) and the third end (13, 23, 33, 43, 53, 63) is disposed on the first side (111, 211, 311, 411, 511, 611), wherein the semiconductor chip (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) is switched on or off according to the drive signal received between the third end (13, 23, 33, 43, 53, 63) and the first end (12, 22, 32, 42, 52, 62), and the connecting portion (14) is disposed on the first side (111, 211, 311, 411, 511, 611) of the functional area (11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61) and connected to the first end (12, 22, 32, 42, 52, 62) and the third end (13, 23, 33, 43, 53, 63), wherein when the temperature rises above the a first temperature, the connecting portion (14) is in a conductive state, so that the semiconductor chip (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) is switched off due to a short circuit between the first end (12, 22, 32, 42, 52, 62) and the third end (13, 23, 33, 43, 53, 63), and when the temperature drops to be not higher than a third temperature, the connecting portion (14) is in an insulating state, wherein the first temperature is higher than or equal to the third temperature. |

Provided in the present invention is a cooling assembly, which comprises a housing, at least one power module and a cooling plate. The housing is internally provided with a first chamber and a second chamber. The top portions of the ends of a same side of the first chamber and the second chamber are respectively provided with an outlet and an inlet. The power module is located in the housing and at least partially overlaps the first chamber and the second chamber. The cooling plate is arranged on the power module. The cooling plate comprises at least two linear flow channels and a curved flow channel communicated with the ends of a same side of the two linear flow channels. When a working fluid flows from the first chamber to the second chamber successively through the outlet of the first chamber, an inlet of the cooling plate, one of the two linear flow channels, the curved flow channel, the other one of the two linear flow channels, an outlet of the cooling plate and the inlet of the second chamber, the working fluid has a same unit area average temperature along different cross sections in the width direction of the cooling plate. |

The heat source element (2) is disposed in the casing (1) and arranged on the base (11). The heat dissipation structure (3) is thermal connected with the internal surface (121). The fan (4) is accommodated in the casing (1) corresponding to the heat dissipation structure (3). An air flow in the casing (1) is accelerated by the fan (4), and the heat dissipation structure (3) absorbs heat from the air flow in the casing (1) and thermal conductively transfers to the external surface (122) of the cover (12). A heat dissipation efficiency of the inverter device (10) is thereby improved and the inverter device (10) is thereby more durable. |
