Each pixel unit includes a first transistor, a bootstrap capacitor, a second transistor, and a storage capacitor. A first terminal of the first transistor is coupled to a first gate signal line. A second terminal of the first transistor is coupled to a first node. A first terminal of the bootstrap capacitor is coupled to a second gate signal line. A second terminal of the bootstrap capacitor is coupled to the first node. A first terminal of the second transistor is coupled to a data signal line to receive a data signal. A control terminal of the second transistor is coupled to the first node. A second terminal of the second transistor is coupled to a second node. The storage capacitor is coupled to the second node. |

Zusammenfassung
A display device and a driving method thereof are provided. The display device includes a pixel array (110) and a data driver circuit (130). The data driver circuit is coupled to pixel data lines in the pixel array. The data driver circuit includes a data driver chip (210) and a data multiplexer (220). The data multiplexer includes multiplexer circuits (221-i). Each multiplexer circuit includes a first transistor (T1, T4), a bootstrap capacitor (Cbsti), a diode (T2, T5), and a second transistor (T3, T6). The first transistor is coupled to one pixel data line (Data_IN_Di) and one chip data line (DATA_IC_Di). The bootstrap capacitor is coupled between a second terminal and the control terminal of the first transistor. The diode is coupled between the control terminal of the first transistor and a first control line. The data multiplexer may be combined with gate bootstrap circuits or pixel voltage bootstrap circuits to form a system-level low-voltage driving solution. |

An electronic paper display (EPD) device and a driving method thereof are provided. An EPD panel (110) and a gate driver on array (GOA) (130) of the EPD device are disposed on an EPD substrate. The EPD panel (110) includes N scan lines. The N scan lines are divided into M groups of scan lines, each group of scan lines includes at least one scan line. A display controller (120) controls the gate driver on array (130) so that interlaced scanning is performed on the M groups of scan lines, the interlacing spanning K groups of scan lines. |
