A terminal device obtains second token variables for multiple logical channels based on allocable radio resources and first token variables for the multiple logical channels. The terminal device allocates the allocable radio resources among the multiple logical channels based on the second token variables for the multiple logical channels and logical channel priorities. In embodiments of the disclosure, by adjusting token variables for logical channels, radio resources can be more reasonably allocated among the multiple logical channels, thereby alleviating the problem of starvation of the logical channels.

A method for wireless communication and a communication device are provided. The method includes: sending, by a first device, capability information of the first device to a second device, where the capability information is associated with one or more of: model training; model compilation; and model deployment. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the first device may send model-related capability information to the second device to indicate the capability information of the first device. Compared with conventional solutions in which the first device and the second device are unable to obtain capability information of each other, this helps the second device obtain the capability information of the first device, so as to select tasks matching the capability information (for example, a model training task, a model update task, a task of fine-tuning model parameters, a model deployment task, a model compilation task, or the like) to be performed by the first device, thereby improving the possibility of model-based communication between the first device and the second device.
