By means of the method, a first broadcast frame is received, wherein the first broadcast frame is a broadcast frame that is sent at a different time-domain position from a second broadcast frame, which is periodically sent, so as to facilitate a zero-power-con-sumption device in completing time-frequency synchronization and obtaining system information, thereby accelerating a communication process between a network device and the zero-power-consumption device, shortening the waiting time of the zero-power-consumption device to receive the broadcast frame, and thus reducing the power consumption of the zero-power-consumption device.

The method comprises: receiving first information transmitted in a first frequency domain resource in a first time domain unit and second information transmitted in a second frequency domain resource in a second time domain unit, wherein the first frequency domain resource comprises the second frequency domain resource; acquiring data information on the basis of the first information and the second information; and generating sensing information on the basis of the first information.
