The system includes an ankle clamp (525), an alignment guide (530) configured to be removably attached to the ankle clamp, and the cut guide assembly. The cut guide assembly includes a cut guide (535) and a position tracker (200). The cut guide includes a receiving feature (605) configured to removably attach to at least a portion of the alignment guide, a locking mechanism (610) configured to lock the receiving feature to the at least a portion of the alignment guide, and a plurality of pin receptacles (620), each of the plurality of pin receptacles configured to receive a bone pin (540) configured to affix the cut guide to a patient's bone. The position tracker configured to be affixed to the cut guide when the cut guide is affixed to the patient's bone. |

A bone plate (100) incorporating a length adjusting elongate hole (130) formed in a shaft portion (115) thereof, along with corresponding methods of use, are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the length adjusting elongate hole (130) is arranged and configured to receive one or more bone fixation devices (e.g., bone screws). In use, the bone fixation device positioned within the length adjusting elongate hole (130) may be partially loosened, without removal, to enable the patient's bone to be adjusted (e.g., loosening the bone fixation device within the length adjusting elongate hole allows the surgeon to adjust the position of the patient's bone, and hence the bone fixation device coupled thereto, relative to the bone plate). Once properly adjusted, the bone fixation device positioned within the length adjusting elongate hole (130) may be retightened. In various embodiments, the length adjusting elongate hole (130) is arranged and configured so that, in use, each of the plurality of bone fixation openings remains available to a surgeon. |

Devices and methods for encapsulating a portion of a wound dressing with a coating are disclosed. In some embodiments, a method can comprise positioning a substantially flexible wound contact layer of the wound dressing on a perforated plate. The wound contact layer can include a first side supporting a plurality of electronic components protruding from a surface of the first side and a second side opposite the first side. The second side can be substantially smooth. The method can further comprise applying a vacuum to the wound contact layer through perforations in the perforated plate to hold the wound contact layer against the perforated plate and coating the wound contact layer with a coating. |

Zusammenfassung
A joint tensioning device and methods of use thereof are disclosed. The joint tensioning device includes a flexing arm and a loading arm having a tensioning tip and a loading tip, respectively, configured for insertion into a joint. The flexing arm is coupled to the loading arm such that, during use, the loading arm may be adjusted to separate the tensioning tip and the loading tip to apply a distraction force to the joint. A strain gauge measures strain applied to the flexing arm based on the applied distraction force. The measured strain is used to determine the amount of force applied to the joint. The force data is employed in surgical planning to determine the amount of joint laxity when a particular load is applied to the joint. |
