The present invention aims to provide a method for simultaneously detecting multiple target biomolecules in a single assay using temperature-responsive fluorescent particles. The above-mentioned problem is solved by providing a method for detecting or quantifying a biomolecule in a biological sample, including the following steps (1) to (3): (1) a step of bringing a magnetic particle bound to a biomolecular recognition element for capture, a biological sample, and a temperature-responsive fluorescent probe particle into contact with a magnetic substrate, (2) a step of heating the aforementioned magnetic substrate, and (3) a step of measuring fluorescence emission. |

The invention provides a method for measuring the performance of an air conditioner that achieves an improvement in the accuracy of performance measurement of a dynamically controlled air conditioner. A method for measuring the performance of an air conditioner 2 comprises: emulating the air state of a virtual room, the virtual room being a virtual reproduction of an actual room, using the air state of the air blown out from the air conditioner 2 to determine future changes in the air state of the virtual room; compensating for a delay in the air state of the test room relative to a setting of the condition generator 4 in the case of using the future change in the air state of the virtual room for the setting of the condition generator; controlling the condition generator 4 using, as the setting, the future change in the air state of the virtual room for which the delay has been compensated; and measuring the performance of the air conditioner in the test room under the measurement conditions generated by the condition generator 4. |
