Zusammenfassung
The present invention relates to a rapid, simple, quantitative and qualitative method for the determination of amphetamine. The method is characterized in that two pairs of electrodes are introduced into an appropriately designed electrochemical cell comprising two parts, respectively filled with an organic phase being a solution of a supporting electrolyte and an aqueous phase containing a solution of a supporting electrolyte that dissociates into ions with a low partition coefficient. One pair of reference electrodes in the form of a wire coated with Ag/AgCl and one pair of auxiliary electrodes made of platinum. All the electrodes are then connected to a potentiostat, which enables potentiostatic polarisation of the liquid-liquid interface. The amphetamine sample under investigation is dissolved in the aqueous phase containing a solution of a supporting electrolyte with a pH below the pKa of amphetamine, and its controlled interfacial transfer across the liquid-liquid interface occurs. The transfer of an amphetamine molecule is recorded using electroanalytical methods such as voltammetry. The value of the potential applied from an external polarisation source provides qualitative information, whilst the Faraday currents recorded provide quantitative information. The determination of the concentration of the amphetamine being tested is based on standard calibration methods. |

The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the security and integrity of Proof-of-Work (PoW) systems in blockchain networks. Traditional PoW validation relies on verifying a valid nonce, but this approach is vulnerable to manipulation, as it does not independently confirm the entire computational process. The invention proposes a novel solution that securely validates the full PoW computation, ensuring that miners perform the intended algorithmic steps rather than exploiting shortcuts or using nonces derived from different algorithms. By embedding cryptographic proofs within the PoW verification process, the invention prevents tampering and manipulation, enhancing the transparency, security, and trustworthiness of PoW-based blockchain systems. This method strengthens the consensus mechanism and protects the network from malicious actors, ensuring the integrity of the blockchain. |

The subject of the invention is a pyomelanin-modified hydroxyapatite for the production of bioactive polymer composites, the surface of which is chemically modified by pyomelanin molecules covalently attached via a silane precursor or by pyomelanin molecules incorporated in an in situ reaction between the hydroxyapatite crystal lattice and three-component polymer-ceramic biocomposites with osteoconductive, immunomodulating and antibacterial properties produced in the form of flexible porous materials based on poly(glycerol adipate) (PGA) containing as a ceramic phase one of the selected pyomelanin-modified hydroxyapatites (HA): nHA-PyoM in situ or nHA-APTES-PyoM and calcined nanohydroxyapatite (nHA1200°C) for use, in particular in bone tissue implant materials. The subject of the invention also includes methods for obtaining hydroxyapatite and biocomposites and their use for filling bone defects and for bone regeneration, and more specifically for dental, veterinary and orthopedic implantations, including bone oncology. |

The object of the invention is a universal bracket for fastening flat elements with large surface areas, especially photovoltaic panels, to seamed roof slopes, consisting of several detachable elements comprising a body, an overlay and a clamping element, wherein consists of a body (1) having an H-shape, the lower arms of which form a rectangular projection, where one of the lower arms is provided with a socket for a screw (5), in the central part between the arms of the body (1) there is a rectangular boss with a T-shaped hole, where an adapter (3) with nuts is inserted, and at least one U-shaped cap (2), the first arm of which has an outward-facing edge forming a bend matching in size the height of the groove formed by the edge of the upper arm of the body (1), while the second arm of the cap (2) is turned inwards in such a way that with the vertical part of the second arm it forms a hole in the shape of a right triangle, the base of which is located in the upper part of the cap and forms a support (P) for the attachment of the photovoltaic panel, and a clamping element (4) of trapezoidal shape, which has symmetrically shaped arms of triangular shape or the clamping element (4) has one arm of triangular shape, and the other arm has an inverted L-shape, the clamping element (4) having in its central part a rectangular finial connecting the two arms of the clamping element (4), the finial having holes or recesses, the arrangement of which corresponds to the position of the holes of the adapter (3) and which are intended to connect the clamping element (4) to the photovoltaic panel and the cap (2) by means of screws (6). |
