Über die Kanzlei
Interpatent wurde 1927 in Turin von Pierangelo Robba gegründet, der als zugelassener Vertreter vor dem italienischen, dem europäischen und dem amerikanischen Patentamt tätig war. Fast ein Jahrhundert später zählt die Kanzlei zu den bedeutendsten italienischen IP-Beratungshäusern und begleitet Mandanten von der Anmeldung über Recherchen bis zur Durchsetzung von Patenten, Gebrauchsmustern und Marken im In- und Ausland. Neben der klassischen Anmeldetätigkeit erstellt Interpatent auch Recherchenberichte und Verträge zur Verwertung von Marken, Patenten und Know-how. Der Sitz in der Via Sebastiano Caboto spiegelt die lange Verwurzelung der Kanzlei in Turin wider.

Zusammenfassung
A process of applying a coating to a substrate is provided. A layer of a ceramic material is applied on the substrate by a thermal spray process. The layer is then subject to plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) processing to densify the layer such that a porosity of the layer after PEO processing is lower than a porosity of the layer before PEO processing, or modify the layer by incorporating additional ceramic phases from the electrolyte bath into the densified layer, or improve the adhesion of the thermal spray layer. A base layer may be applied to the substrate with PEO processing before the above referenced layer is applied and/or a ceramic topcoat may be applied to the above referenced layer by a thermal spray process. |

A filtering device (1) for purifying the air present in an ophthalmic lens processing environment comprising a flow distribution head (2) provided with an outlet fitting (3) and an inlet fitting (4) suitable to communicate directly or indirectly with a usage tank in free contact with an ophthalmic lens processing environment, arranged in a lower room beneath a work bench accessible to an operator, so that the usage tank is underneath a grinding machine for processing ophthalmic lenses and collects by gravity a processing and cooling liquid which conveys with it the impurities produced by the processing of the ophthalmic lenses by the grinding machine, an outer container (5) coupled to the distribution head (2) and having an inner volume (6) communicating with the inlet fitting (4), air purification means (7) arranged in the inner volume (6) of the outer container (5) and communicating with the inlet fitting (4), air filtering means (8), communicating with the outlet fitting (3) and arranged inside the outer container (5) and cooperating with the purification means (7) in such a way as to receive from the purification means (7) the air coming from the inlet fitting (4) and yet purified by the purification means (7), and ventilation means (9) operatively connected to the filtering means (8) and suitable to direct the purified air outside the flow distribution head (2) through the outlet fitting (3). |

Zusammenfassung
The present invention relates to a sports boot (1; 1'), of the type comprising a shell (3; 3') and a cuff (5; 5') both made of a substantially rigid plastic material, and having a tightening system (10) for tightening said shell and said cuff onto the user's foot and ankle, or releasing said shell and said cuff from the user's foot and ankle. According to the invention, said tightening system (10) comprises one or more traction cables (11; 11a, 11b), first guide elements (13) arranged at the shell, second guide elements (15) arranged at the cuff, and a single tensioning mechanism (17) suitable to control the tensioning or releasing of said one or more traction cables. Thanks to the provision of a single tensioning mechanism, the user can advantageously act on a single actuating device to simultaneously tighten or release both the shell and the cuff of the boot according to the invention. |
