Über die Kanzlei
Reichert & Lindner Partnerschaft Patentanwälte geht auf die 1958 gegründete Kanzlei „Patentanwälte Kemp und Korn“ zurück und wird seit 2014 von Dr. Werner F. Reichert und Manfred K. Lindner geführt, die beide auf mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz zurückblicken. Neben dem Regensburger Büro unterhält die Kanzlei Standorte in München und im niederbayerischen Hofkirchen bei Vilshofen. Über die Anmeldung von Patenten, Gebrauchsmustern, Marken und Designs hinaus begleiten die Partner auch Lizenz- und Kooperationsverträge sowie Fragen des Arbeitnehmererfinderrechts. Ihrem Leitgedanken folgend, wonach laut Einstein „Phantasie wichtiger ist als Wissen, denn Wissen ist begrenzt“, deckt die Kanzlei technische Gebiete von Physik und Maschinenbau bis zur Biotechnologie und Informatik ab.

Zusammenfassung
A ground equipment (10) and a satellite tracking method used therein are provided. The satellite tracking method is employed by the ground equipment (10) to maintain communication with a satellite via a best communication beam. The method utilizes the signal strength received from the satellite through a plurality of candidate beams neighboring the best communication beam to determine whether to replace the best communication beam with one of these candidate beams (S400 - S404). This approach achieves efficient tracking by avoiding the need to scan all quasi-communication beams. Furthermore, when the ground equipment switches to an incoming satellite (a second satellite operating in the same orbit), the satellite tracking method determines the communication beam to be used to initiate communication with that incoming satellite. This determination is made based on the angular change of the ground equipment's orientation, where the angular change is measured between the point of initiating communication with the current (first) satellite and the moment of satellite replacement. |

In a circuit (3) a MOSFET (14) is used for protecting a load (18) against wrong polarity of a power source (11) for the circuit (3). A driver (15) for the MOSFET (14) is configured to generate a pre-defined voltage drop between source (141) and drain (142) of the MOSFET (14) at correct polarity of power source (11). If wrong polarity of power source (11) is detected, driver (15) sets MOSFET (14) into a state of high resistance between source (141) and drain (142). The pre-defined voltage drop at correct polarity is associated with a resistance between source (141) and drain (142) which makes detection of wrong polarity more reliable. |

The columnar resistor includes a resistance layer disposed on the surface of a columnar substrate and the resistive layer includes a resistance determining area, a first resistance adjustment area, and a second resistance adjustment area. The resistance determining area is configured to form a first laser-trimming line and achieve a first resistance value by a first laser-trimming. The first resistance adjustment area is configured to form a second laser-trimming line and achieve a second resistance value by a second laser-trimming. The resistance value is precisely adjusted by two laser-trimming processes of the resistive layer, thereby improving the stability of product manufacturing. |

Zusammenfassung
A manufacturing method of flattening resistor (1), comprising: - disposing a substrate (10); - forming by printing an electrode layer (20) on both ends of the substrate (10); - forming by trimming a tangential concave platform (50) by laser-cutting or grinding a surface of the electrode layer (20); - forming by sputtering a resistive layer (30) covering the tangential concave platform (50) of the electrode layer (20); and - forming by printing a protective layer (40) on the resistive layer (30). The application further discloses a flat resistor obtained by the method. The present disclosure solves the problems of increased impedance and abnormal product characteristics caused by improper jointing of the interface between the electrode layer and the resistive layer, which includes using laser-cutting or grinding to eliminate the step difference of the interface and process the discontinuous structure of the electrode layer after the electrode layer process is completed. |

A high-temperature resistant resistor is provided and includes a substrate layer, a first surface electrode layer, and a second surface electrode layer. The first surface electrode layer is disposed on a first surface of the substrate layer, the resistance layer partially attaches the first electrode layer and the substrate layer, the second surface electrode layer is aligned with the first surface electrode layer, and attached on the first surface electrode layer and the resistance layer, so that the resistance layer is fixed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. The first surface electrode layer, the resistance layer and the second surface electrode layer form a composite structure to suppress the change in resistance value of the high-temperature resistant resistor at high temperatures. |
