Über die Kanzlei
Zanoli & Giavarini S.p.A. wurde 2002 von Enrico Zanoli und Francesco Giavarini gegründet und ist neben Mailand auch in Bergamo, Piacenza und Treviso vertreten. Enrico Zanoli selbst brachte vor der Kanzleigründung Industrieerfahrung mit: Er begann im Patent- und Lizenzbüro von ENI, leitete später die Patentabteilung von Montedison und war anschließend Senior Vice President für geistiges Eigentum bei Basell Polyolefins, dem Gemeinschaftsunternehmen von BASF und Shell. Diese Herkunft aus der Chemie- und Polymerindustrie prägt bis heute die Ausrichtung der Kanzlei auf Marken-, Design- und Vertragsberatung neben dem klassischen Patentgeschäft.

The present invention relates to a self-propelled shredder device (1) for shredding dry or wet green waste material, including leaves, woody branches, palm tree prunings, olive tree prunings, bamboo prunings and others. The device (1) comprises a frame (10) supporting a plurality of rotating movement members (8A, 8B) whose rotation causes the advancement on the ground of said device (1). The device (1) further comprises drive means (16A, 16B) connected to said rotating members (8A, 8B) to rotate them. The device includes a shredding chamber (15) in which shredding means (30) of the waste material are housed. This chamber communicates with a loading hopper (13) for loading the material to be shredded and with a discharge conduit (14) for discharging the material. The present invention relates to a method for drying a flexographic plate (5) previously subjected to washing with a water-based or solvent-based liquid. The method according to the invention involves providing a support member (10) made of a thermo-conductive material, wherein said support member (10) comprises at least a first main surface (10A) adapted to allow the support of said plate (5) to be dried. The method involves positioning the plate (5) to be dried on the support element (10) so that a base face (5A) of the plate rests on said first main surface (10A). The method further provides the step of heating, by means of thermal energy generating means (100), said support element (10) to a preestablished temperature so that the thermal energy supplied to said support element (10) is transferred by conduction to said plate (5) resting on said support element (10) so as to cause evaporation of residual liquid contained in said plate. The invention also relates to an apparatus for carrying out a drying method according to the invention. |
