Über die Kanzlei
Zanoli & Giavarini S.p.A. wurde 2002 von Enrico Zanoli und Francesco Giavarini gegründet und ist neben Mailand auch in Bergamo, Piacenza und Treviso vertreten. Enrico Zanoli selbst brachte vor der Kanzleigründung Industrieerfahrung mit: Er begann im Patent- und Lizenzbüro von ENI, leitete später die Patentabteilung von Montedison und war anschließend Senior Vice President für geistiges Eigentum bei Basell Polyolefins, dem Gemeinschaftsunternehmen von BASF und Shell. Diese Herkunft aus der Chemie- und Polymerindustrie prägt bis heute die Ausrichtung der Kanzlei auf Marken-, Design- und Vertragsberatung neben dem klassischen Patentgeschäft.

The present invention relates to a device (1, 1', 1") for reading the profile of a blade (5B) of a key (5). This device comprises a chamber (10) in which said blade (5B) can be positioned through an inlet section (9). The device (1, 1', 1") comprises a support assembly (30) including at least one support element (31) that supports a flat surface (300) for supporting a portion of the key (5), where this flat surface (300) defines a reference plane (100). The device (1, 1', 1") further comprises a lighting assembly (20) operatively associated with the chamber (10) to illuminate the blade (5B) and an optical assembly (40) configured to provide at least one image (IP) of the profile of the blade (5) and at least one image (IC) of the blade (5B) captured on the reference plane (100). According to the invention, the support element (31) is rotatable about an axis of rotation (501) orthogonal to said reference plane (100) and the device (1, 1', 1") is provided with a drive unit (50) to rotate said support element (31) about the axis of rotation (501). The device (1, 1', 1") comprises an electronic control unit (ECU) operatively connected to the optical assembly (40) and to the drive unit (50), where this electronic control unit (ECU) is configured to acquire an image of said blade (5B), determine misalignment of the blade (5B) with respect to a reference direction (101) predetermined as optimal for acquiring the profile image (IP), drive the drive unit (50) so as to correct said misalignment and acquire, following correction of the misalignment, the profile image (IP). |

The present invention refers to a kit (1) for installing a control assembly (100) of a toilet flushing tank, wherein said control assembly (100) comprises an outer plate (21) provided with at least one push button (21A, 21B) and with a guide unit (22) to guide the movement of said at least one push button (21A, 21B). The kit according to the invention comprises a mounting frame (10) connectable to a body of said toilet flushing tank. This frame (10) comprises a first portion (11) to which the outer plate (21) can be connected and a second portion (12) defining a space in which the guide unit (22) can be at least partially housed. The kit according to the invention comprises a plurality of drive pins (5A, 5B, 5C, 5D), each of which can be used to operatively connect the push button (21A, 21B) to a specific model of said toilet flushing tank. The kit further comprises a plurality of adapter bodies (40A, 40B) each provided with a guide (51A, 51B) to support and guide at least one of the pins (5A, 5B, 5C, 5D). According to the invention, the frame (10) further comprises a reference opening (30A, 30B) for the passage of at least one of the pins (5A, 5B, 5C, 5D).
