The present invention relates to novel pyrazolo[5,1-c][1,4]benzoxazepine derivatives of general formula (I) and stereoisomeric forms, hydrates, solvates and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing at least one pyrazolo[5,1-c][1,4]benzoxazepine derivative together with at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, excipient and/or diluent. Said pyrazolo[5,1-c][1,4]benzoxazepine derivatives are particularly useful for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of proliferative diseases, immunological disorders, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders and circulatory diseases.

A further aspect of the present invention is related to a method for recording a six-dimensional pose and/or trajectory of an ultrasound probe (5) relative to a patient's body. A further aspect of the present invention is related to a method for autonomous positioning of an ultrasound probe (5) on a patient's body (1).

The present invention relates to self-assembling peptides consisting of at least 6 amino acids and containing the amino acid sequence X1-A4-A5-A6-X2. Said peptides self-assemble into fibrils especially under physiological conditions in an aqueous dispersion phase thereby forming a hydrogel and are thus particularly useful for forming a hydrogel composition.
