Systems, devices and methods for automatic fog prevention are provided. A system includes a surface including a conductive layer; at least one sensor configured for providing an operating condition of the surface to a control unit; and the control unit configured for analyzing the operating condition, and providing power to the conductive layer based on the analysis to prevent fog formation on the surface. A method includes executing via a computer system comprising at least one processor: providing, by at least one sensor, an operating condition of a surface to a control unit, wherein the surface includes a conductive layer; analyzing, by the control unit, the operating condition; and providing, by the control unit, power to the conductive layer based on the analysis to prevent fog formation on the surface.

A system and method for production automation is provided herein. The system includes an equipment for manufacturing; and a processing server in communication with the equipment. The processing server includes a file configuration module configured for importing a model file into a user interface environment, the model file including specifications for an end-product; and validating the model file to ensure the equipment is able to manufacture the end-product. The processing server further includes a production configuration module configured for providing custom selection of operation sequences to be included in a production process; and providing a guided interface to create the production process including the selected operation sequences. The processing server further includes a generation module configured for generating a complete production process based on the model file and the production process; and providing the complete production process to the equipment for production of the end-product.

A boat fender controller is provided which integrates with on-board boat navigation systems (commonly called chartplotters) to provide automated deployment and retrieval of boat fenders. Among other benefits, integration of the automatic boat fender controller with chartplotters allows the automatic boat fender controller to access the chartplotter's more accurate on-board GPS providing more accurate control, and allows boat operators to control their boat fenders from the screen of the chartplotter, consolidating boat operation at a central location in the cockpit.

The system includes an imaging device for collecting image data and a processing server including a queueing subsystem, a motion detection subsystem, and a smoke detection subsystem. The queueing subsystem includes an initial frame assessment module, a resource allocation module, and a queue management module. The motion detection subsystem includes a grid cell division module, a change detection module, and a density calculation module. The smoke detection subsystem includes a preliminary object filtering module, and a deep learning-based analysis module to analyze image data using a smoke detection model trained to detect smoke, the smoke detection model comprising a machine-learning-based pattern detection model configured to receive image data as an input and generate a score describing a smoke detection as an output.

Provided herein are duct support systems and methods for installing and supporting a flexible duct in an interior of a wind turbine blade. The system comprises a duct support including an eyelet and at least one bonding surface, wherein the bonding surface is glued to an interior surface of the wind turbine blade near a tip of the wind turbine blade, and a cable, wherein the cable is connected to a tip-most end of the flexible duct, the cable passes through the eyelet of the duct support, and the cable passes through the flexible duct, whereby the flexible duct can be retracted from or deployed to the tip of the wind turbine blade by pulling the cable in a respective direction.
