The present invention provides a blood collection device capable of efficiently and inexpensively performing puncture of a proper depth onto a finger of a person subjected to blood collection regardless of the properties of the finger. This blood collection device comprises: a puncture part (120) having a puncture needle (121); a puncture mechanism for moving the puncture part (120) and puncturing a finger (134) of a person subjected to blood collection with the puncture needle (121); and a control part for controlling the operation of the puncture mechanism. The puncture mechanism is a mechanism of lifting the puncture part (120) from below the finger (134) to puncture the finger (134) with the puncture needle (121). The control part controls the operation of the puncture mechanism to drive the rise and fall of the puncture part, and stops the rise of the puncture part (120) by the puncture mechanism by detecting the contact of the puncture part (120) with the finger (134). |

An automatic analysis device includes a dispensing probe, a special washing tank 27 for supplying a heated washing liquid 307, a syringe pump 205 that aspirates a sample 303 and the heated washing liquid 307 into the dispensing probe, and a control unit that controls an operation of the syringe pump 205. When aspirating the sample 303 into the dispensing probe, the control unit causes the syringe pump 205 to aspirate the segmenting air 301 into the dispensing probe, aspirate the sample 303 following the segmenting air 301, and when aspirating the heated washing liquid 307 into the dispensing probe, aspirate the segmenting air 306 larger in amount than the segmenting air 301 into the dispensing probe and aspirate the heated washing liquid 307 following the segmenting air 306. |

In order to provide an automatic analyzer that can stably monitor, with high accuracy, a dispensing amount of a minute amount of liquid to be dispensed to the automatic analyzer, the invention includes a dispensing mechanism including a dispensing probe that dispenses a liquid, a reaction vessel into which the liquid is dispensed, and an automatic analyzer that measures an optical property of the liquid to analyze a reaction liquid. The automatic analyzer includes an imaging device 201 located at a place where a state in which a probe 113 discharges a liquid 1000 to a reaction cell 104 can be observed, an image processing unit 211 that extracts shape and contour information on the liquid using an image acquired by the imaging device 201, a storage unit 220 that stores information in which the image processing unit 211 and a measurement result of the optical property are associated with each other, and a calculation unit 212 that measures a liquid amount of the liquid using the image processing unit 211 and the storage unit 220. |
