There is provided a process development support system capable of creating a small scale experimental condition based on a specific culture condition on a large scale even when experimental data on a large scale is insufficient. A process development support system (S) according to the invention includes: a calculation unit (41) configured to perform a simulation in a case of culturing a culture target in culture equipment of a second scale under a second culture condition, based on experimental data including information on a change amount of a plurality of parameters obtained by culturing the culture target in first scale culture equipment under a first culture condition and based on second scale equipment information including at least shape information of the second scale culture equipment larger than the first scale culture equipment, and output, based on a result of the simulation, condition range information indicating a relationship between the second culture condition and the plurality of parameters; and a planning unit (42) configured to output a culture condition of a culture experiment in the first scale culture equipment based on the experimental data and the condition range information.

a deterioration checking device for a gas separation system is provided that is capable of checking for deterioration by using an existing sensor required for system operation. The deterioration checking device for the gas separation system includes one or more gas separation membranes for selectively permeating a specific gas, and controls an output of each of the gas separation membranes by using an output control valve, and the deterioration checking device includes: an input unit that captures a processing amount that is affected by deterioration of the gas separation membrane; a database that stores the processing amount when the gas separation system is operated using the gas separation membrane in a brand-new state (before the deterioration); and a separation-membrane performance evaluation unit that evaluates performance of the gas separation membrane on the basis of a difference between a processing amount at the current time of the capturing and a processing amount in the brand-new state.

Even when there is no accurate position information of a traffic light provided on a traveling line, a state of the traffic light is identified with high accuracy. Therefore, one of representative state determination devices is a state determination device including a traffic light database configured to store, based on an image in a traveling direction of a traveling train, information related to a traffic light included in the image, a sensor unit attached to the train, and a traffic light specification unit configured to specify the traffic light from an image acquired by the sensor unit. An object of the present invention is to appropriately set a margin of power demand prediction used when calculating transmitted power in a power interchange system that transmits power generated in a power generation base to a demand base by a power transmission network. When a difference between demand prediction and actual demand does not fall within a range of allowable difference, the power interchange system according to the present invention determines a correction value for the demand prediction in accordance with the absolute value of the difference, and applies the determined correction value to the demand prediction (refer to Fig. 13).

A system identifies a vegetation boundary in a target area based on a remote sensing image and DEM data of the target area and generates a height map representing a height at each position in the target area. The system detects, from the height map, an edge treetop that is a treetop within a buffer distance from an asset in the target area. The system estimates a tree crown size corresponding to the height represented by the height map by using a plant allometry model that is a domain knowledge-based model that takes height as input and outputs tree crown size. The system estimates a tree crown area from the tree crown size corresponding to the edge treetop, estimates an azimuth angle based on the relation between the tree crown area and the vegetation boundary, and generates a 3D bounding box of a tree having the edge treetop based on the height of the edge treetop, the tree crown size corresponding to the edge treetop, and the azimuth angle.

A water electrolysis system and a method for operating the water electrolysis system, capable of providing an adjustment capacity solely by controlling an amount of water supply are provided. A water electrolysis system which applies grid power to a plurality of water electrolysis stacks via a rectifier to provide hydrogen gas and oxygen gas as generated gas from water, and adjusts a power consumption in accordance with a command of a provision of an adjustment capacity. Upon reception of the command of the provision of the adjustment capacity in a contract timeframe in which the provision of the adjustment capacity is contracted, an amount of water supplied to the water electrolysis stack, temperature and pressure of the water electrolysis stack are made controllable in accordance with an amount of power derived from adding an amount of power for the adjustment capacity to be provided to an amount of power consumption of the water electrolysis stacks.
