According to various embodiments, a server for providing an advertisement contract intermediation platform may obtain product feature information based on at least one content of a specific product obtained from a first external device, obtain a celebrity image of a specific celebrity from among at least one celebrity image obtained from a second external device, and obtain popularity information of the specific celebrity. The server may obtain an advertisement image based on the celebrity image, the product feature information, and the popularity information, wherein the advertisement image is an image in which the product feature information and the popularity information are overlapped on at least a partial region of the celebrity image. The server may obtain first result data indicating approval or disapproval of an advertisement contract in response to transmitting advertisement information including the advertisement image to the second external device, and may transmit contract information indicating execution of the advertisement contract, obtained based on the first result data, such that at least one of the first external device and the second external device outputs the contract information. In addition, various embodiments may be implemented as will be understood from the specification. |

The present invention relates to a chromene-benzimidazole derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a composition containing the derivative as an active ingredient for preventing or treating cancer. The chromene-benzimidazole derivative of the present invention is activated in cancer cells to inhibit tubulin polymerization and suppress the C-terminal domain of Hsp90, thereby blocking the cell cycle of cancer cells, inducing apoptosis, and inhibiting the activity of oncoproteins, and thus can be used as a novel dual-target anticancer drug for preventing or treating cancer, preferably for preventing or treating triple-negative breast cancer. |

Disclosed is a device for analyzing a single cell using a micropore (310), including an inlet chamber (100) in which a solution including a target cell (C) is contained; an outlet chamber (200) provided on an opposite side of the inlet chamber; a pore membrane (300) disposed between the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber and including a micropore (310) therein; a pressure generating means (400) provided in the inlet chamber or the outlet chamber and configured to generate a pressure difference between the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber such that a solution in the inlet chamber flows toward the outlet chamber to pass through the micropore; and a pair of electrodes (510, 520) respectively disposed in front and rear of the pore membrane and provided to be in electrical contact with the flowing solution to measure an ion conductivity change in front and rear of the pore membrane, wherein a diameter D of the micropore (310) is larger than a diameter of the target cell (C), a thickness t of the pore membrane (300) is 0.5 µm to 1mm, and a slenderness ratio (t/D) is 0.001 to 5.According to the present disclosure, a deformed cell can be rapidly and accurately detected by measuring the deformed characteristic of single cell by shear force, and the number, size, and deformability of the cell when the cell passes through a pore with a micro-sized diameter in a flow field generated by a pressure difference. |
