This method of a base station for allocating a visible region (VR) in a communication system having a plurality of antennas may comprise the steps of: acquiring location information of a second UE making an initial access; selecting, from among UEs communicating with the base station, a first UE, which is closest to the second UE; transmitting a first RS to the second UE through a first VR allocated to the first UE from among XL-MIMO antennas; receiving, from the second UE, a first report message including a measurement value for the first RS measured by the second UE; and allocating the first VR to the second UE if it is determined, on the basis of the first report message, that the second UE can use the first VR, and the first UE and the second UE can share the first VR through a multiplexing method. |
