Method implemented by a computer for determining at least one optimal drug dosing regimen to treat a patient (2) efficiently against at least one drug-sensitive pathogenic agent responsible for infection, said method comprising the following steps:a. obtaining patient-related data related to said patient (2), such as birth date, gender, weight, creatinemia, and co-treatments;b. obtaining drug-related data, said drug-related data including parameters selected from :i. the drug, the route of administration when several routes exist for said drug and the adaptation type as "a posteriori" or "a priori" ;ii. the drug treatment regimen;wherein the process comprises a next step of:c. determine values for pharmacokinetic parameter for efficacy PPE and pharmacokinetic parameter for toxicity PPT from the patient related data, the drug related data and at least one population pharmacokinetic model for "a priori" adaptation and for "a posteriori" adaptation, when PPE and PPT are not obtained directly with the measured concentration(s);d. obtaining infection related data comprising parameters selected from the documentation of infection, the infection localization, the type of infection, the pathogen if identified, the susceptibility of the pathogen to the antifungigram/antibiogram, and the MIC if determined;wherein the process further comprises next steps of:e. Determination of an efficacy target for the drug from at least the infection related data;f. Determination of a target at risk of toxicity; and,g. Determination of at least one optimal dosing regimen of the drug by comparison of pharmacokinetic parameter of efficacy PPE with the efficacy target and the pharmacokinetic parameter of toxicity PPT with the risk of toxicity target. |

L'invention concerne un système de contrôle pour un bras robotique dont chaque articulation est modélisée par un modèle mathématique s'inspirant d'un muscle de mammifère, représenté par au moins un ressort dont le contrôle d'une élongation permet de contrôler l'élongation de l'articulation correspondante. Ce modèle permet de définir une raideur associée à chaque ressort articulaire, permettant ainsi de définir des comportement plus ou moins compliants du bras robotique. Le système de contrôle met en oeuvre un réseau de neurones qui, par apprentissage, permet de définir l'élongation de l'articulation permettant d'obtenir une configuration articulaire donnée du bras robotique. Le système de contrôle selon l'invention déploie ensuite plusieurs mécanisme de contrôle secondaires qui permettent d'optimiser le contrôle du bras robotique, de le rendre plus précis et/ou plus véloce et/ou plus compliant par exemple. |

Control tissues and different lesions of either adenomyosis or endometriosis were exposed in vitro during 24 hours either to vehicle (DMSO) or different doses of BYL719 or ST420, a PIK3CA inhibitor. Inventors observed that lesions treated with DMSO had a higher recruitment of the PIK3CA pathway compared to healthy endometrium.Importantly, both inhibitors were able to shut down the phosphorylation of AKT. They concluded that PIK3CA inhibition is a good therapeutic target for patients with endometriosis and adenomyosis.They also investigated the role of the PIK3CA pathway in myoma, another benign uterine condition. They observed that either alpelisib or ST420 were able to inhibit the pathway in myoma. They concluded that myoma demonstrate PIK3CA/AKT pathway activation with somatic mutation and are accessible to targeted treatment.Accordingly, the invention relates to method for treating uterine disease in a subject in need thereof comprising a step of administrating the subject with a therapeutically effective amount of PIK3CA inhibitor such as compound of formula (I), or a deuterated or tritiated form of the compound of formula (I), BYL719. |
