Zusammenfassung
The present disclosure relates to a continuous freeze-drying system. The system comprises a drying device configured for receiving frozen particles of a substance and for drying the particles. The drying device comprises a rotatable tubular member comprising an inlet section, an outlet section and an intermediate helical section. The freeze-drying system also comprises a vacuum pump system for maintaining a vacuum inside the tubular member and a temperature regulation system configured for controlling a temperature in the tubular member. Furthermore, the system comprises a drive for rotating the rotating tubular member and thereby convey the particles. A control system is also provided for controlling the drive and the temperature regulation system such that the received frozen particles have been dried when arriving at and end of the outlet section. The present disclosure also relates to a freeze-drying method for performing freeze-drying of a substance. |

The present invention relates to the technical field of alkaline water electrolyzers for hydrogen production, in particular to a method and monitoring system for safe operation control of an alkaline water electrolyzer. The method includes: mounting at least one disc spring deformation monitoring instrument at a disc spring of the alkaline water electrolyzer to monitor the deformation of the disc spring and provide a safe operation control signal source of the electrolyzer; making a control judgment according to the deformation of the disc spring monitored by the disc spring deformation monitoring instrument to judge whether the electrolyzer is within a safe operation range; and triggering a stop signal to stop the operation of the electrolyzer when the deformation of the disc spring exceeds a specified safe use range. According to the present invention, safety problems caused when the electrolyzer operates can be effectively found, and a judgment for electrolyzer maintenance can be made in time to guarantee the safe operation of the electrolyzer. |

Zusammenfassung
An electrochemical impedance system comprising a vehicle battery, a battery management system (BMS), an excitation power module, and a current sensor. The vehicle battery comprises, in turn, one, two or more battery modules. Each battery module includes a plurality of battery cells. The BMS is configured to control the excitation power module to excite at least the one, two or more battery modules. The current sensor is configured to sense at least electric current of the one, two or more battery modules. The BMS is further configured to sense, determine, or receive voltage of the plurality of battery cells of the one, two or more battery modules, and also receive the electric current of the one, two or more battery modules sensed by the current sensor. In this way, the system of the present disclosure is capable of determining the electrochemical impedance of the vehicle battery. It includes two options: the first option, wherein the BMS is configured to determine the impedance of the plurality of battery cells of the one, two or more battery modules based at least on the electric current and the voltage. Alternatively, the second option, wherein the BMS is configured to send the electric current and the voltage to an external controller configured to determine the impedance of the plurality of battery cells of the one, two or more battery modules based at least on the electric current and the voltage. Additionally, the system may be further configured to generate a battery cell degradation output based at least on the determined impedance. The corresponding method is also provided. |
