Über die Kanzlei
Fortmann Tegethoff Patent- und Rechtsanwälte, inzwischen unter der Marke Forte IP auftretend, verbindet an Standorten in Berlin, München, Düsseldorf, Basel, London und Wien patentanwaltliche und rechtsanwaltliche Expertise unter einem Dach. Mitgründer Christian Fortmann lehrt Marken- und Designrecht an der Berliner Hochschule für Technik, während Dr. Sebastian Tegethoff auf den Aufbau und die Verteidigung integrierter IP-Portfolios aus Patenten, Marken und Designs spezialisiert ist und vor deutschen, österreichischen, europäischen und schweizerischen Ämtern zugelassen ist. Die Kanzlei begleitet Mandanten zudem bei Lizenzverträgen und deren Durchsetzung, etwa in eigenen Webinaren zu Markenrecht und Urheberrecht in Lizenzbeziehungen, und beschreibt ihren Ansatz als „Smart Intellectual Property Management“.
