Über die Kanzlei
Torner, Juncosa i Associats wurde 2003 in Barcelona gegründet und arbeitet über Partnerbüros in Mailand, München und Lugano sowie ein weltweites Korrespondentennetz auch international. Die Kanzlei wird von Jaume Juncosa geleitet, der seit 1986 in der Branche des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes tätig ist, sowie von Elisabet und Núria Torner. Neben Patenten begleitet das Team Mandanten bei Marken, Designs, Gerichtsstreitigkeiten, Verletzungsanalysen und technischen Gutachten und unterrichtet zudem an der Polytechnischen Universität Katalonien zu Patenten und Recherchen zum Stand der Technik. Gearbeitet wird auf Spanisch, Katalanisch und Englisch für Mandanten aus Elektronik, Telekommunikation, Mechanik, Chemie, Textil und Architektur.

The present invention relates to a kitchen appliance for processing food comprising a container locking unit including at least one motorised movable tab having a retaining position, wherein it mechanically interferes with an opening of a skirt of a container, and a release position, wherein it does not interfere with said skirt of the container, and wherein the at least one motorised movable tab moves to its retaining position upon activation by a control unit when the container is placed on a support in a predetermined manner and a lid closes the container in a predetermined manner; and wherein said at least one movable tab in its retaining position mechanically prevents the opening of the lid of the container by interfering with at least one displaceable element.The present invention also relates to a method for operating a kitchen appliance according to the present invention. |
