A highly dynamic movement assembly (1) for operating stations (A, B) of packaging machines comprising at least one drive unit (2) and at least one driven unit (3) which is designed for the movement of a movable unit of an operating station (A, B); the drive unit (2) is equipped with at least two controlled electric motors (4), on the shaft of each of which a pinion (5) is keyed; the driven unit (3) comprises at least one ring gear (6) on which the pinions (5) mesh; at least one control and management apparatus which controls the controlled electric motors (4) and is configured for the simultaneous adjustment of the power supply of the motors (4), in so doing defining a common rule of motion and a constant application of mutually opposite torques, which define a preloading on the ring gear (6) by the pinions (5) in order to cancel out mechanical meshing plays on the ring gear (6).

A plant for the production of packs A of slats for Venetian blinds, which comprises at least:- a feeding station (2), configured for the progressive supply of a ribbon (C),- a preparation station (5) for the slats (B), which is configured to cut a terminal portion of the ribbon (C), extended out flat beforehand, in order to obtain a respective slat (B),- a transfer apparatus (7) for sending each slat (B) obtained in the preparation station (5) to a gathering station (8), configured to progressively accumulate the slats (B) until a slat pack (A) is formed in which the slats (B) are placed one on top of the other;the plant (1) comprises at least automatic evacuation means (9) configured to move the formed slat pack (A) from the gathering station (8) to a delivery station (13).
