A retrieval assembly for agricultural transplanting machines (100), for retrieving from respective seats (A) plant elements (B) intended for transplanting, each comprising a substrate (C) and a seedling (D) coupled to the substrate (C);the assembly (1) comprises a movement apparatus (2) for at least one grip unit (3) which comprises a pair of laterally mutually adjacent needles (4), which are configured to at least partially penetrate the substrate (C) and consequently hold the plant element (B).

An ejection assembly for agricultural machines, which is adapted to lay plant elements (A) along a stretch of land. The assembly (1) comprises at least: - a funnel (2) which defines a duct (3) for dropping plant elements (A) individually, which has at least one access inlet (3a) and, on the opposite side, a discharge opening (3b), for laying the plant elements (A) along a stretch of land, - an ejection device (4), which can be actuated on command to forcibly remove plant elements (A) one by one from the duct (3), through the discharge opening (3b), - an electronic control and management unit (5), configured to actuate the ejection device (4) and equipped with instructions for calculating the moment of activation of the ejection device (4) at least based on the release of a plant element (A) into the inlet (3a) and the time taken by the plant element (A) to pass through the duct (3).

A method for the control and consolidation of soil beneath a building, which comprises, in sequence:- a step of consolidation of the soil beneath a building by means of injections of expanding resins or cement mixtures;- after a first time interval from the step of consolidation, a step of installation of at least one crackmeter at a respective structural crack of the building, the at least one crackmeter being configured to monitor, over time, the evolution of the respective structural cracks;- after a second time interval from the step of consolidation, a step of removal of the at least one crackmeter and a step of repair of the structural cracks.

An agricultural machine for transplantation and seeding, which comprises at least: - a supporting chassis (2), configured to be hitched to an agricultural tractor, - a hopper (3) for containing plant elements intended for seeding or transplantation, - an assembly (4) for transplantation and seeding, which comprises at least one stator (5) coupled to the chassis (2), a rotor (6), which can rotate with respect to the stator (5), and at least one soil perforator (7), which is supported by the rotor (6) and configured to temporarily retain the plant elements, - a device (8) for the controlled distribution of the plant elements, which is operatively interposed between the hopper (3) and the assembly (4) and comprises at least one rotating disk (9), the disk (9) being provided with means for retaining the plant elements released by the hopper (3) and being configured for their controlled delivery to a perforator (7), - a drive unit (11) for the device (8), which is adapted to command the rotation of the disk (9), and - means (12) for the detection of the rotational speed of the rotor (6) and an electronic unit (13) for control and management of the drive unit (11), which is configured to regulate the rotational speed of the disk (9) based on the information detected by the detection means (12), for the correct release of the plant elements into the perforator (7).

A dehydrating filter (1), particularly for refrigeration or air conditioning systems, the peculiarity of which consists in that it comprises:- a main body (2) having a substantially axially symmetrical geometry with respect to a longitudinal axis (3) thereof, and defining inside it a chamber (4) which is open at the ends (2a, 2b) of the main body (2);- a first flanged assembly (6), which is associated hermetically and detachably with the main body (2) at a first end (2a) thereof and is shaped so that it can be connected to a first pipe of a refrigeration or air conditioning system;- a second flanged assembly (7), which is externally substantially mirror-symmetrical to the first flanged assembly (6), associated hermetically and detachably with the main body (2) at a second end (2b) thereof which is opposite from the first end (2a) and shaped so that it can be connected to a second pipe of the refrigeration or air conditioning system; and- a filtering assembly (5), which is accommodated in the chamber (4) inside the main body (2) and is interposed between the first flanged assembly (6) and the second flanged assembly (7).

A system (1) for regulating environmental conditions inside a building (100), characterized in that it comprises a plurality of sensor means (2a, 2b, 2c, etc.) which comprise: - at least one brightness sensor (2b); - at least one presence sensor (2c) configured to monitor the presence of individuals inside the building; - at least one CO<2> sensor (2d) configured to monitor the percentage of carbon dioxide inside the building; the plurality of sensor means (2a, 2b, 2c, etc.) is connected in input to a control unit (10) comprising a neural network-based artificial intelligence engine configured to define, as a function of the data monitored by the sensor means (2a, 2b, 2c, etc.), a plurality of commands for actuation means configured to actuate a plurality of adjustment devices (20, 21, etc.) of environmental conditions, which comprise at least one device for forced exchange of the air inside the building and at least one device for adjusting at least one solar shading/blind apparatus.
