Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink transmission, the method including: a terminal equipment receives a first MAC CE (media access control control element) including candidate configuration information, transmitted by a first DU (distributed unit); and the terminal equipment transmits uplink transmission to a cell associated with the candidate configuration information by using an available CG occasion (configured grant occasion) or using a DG (dynamic grant). According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the terminal equipment is capable of transmitting uplink transmission by using an appropriate uplink grant, thereby ensuring successful completion of LTM cell switch and improving network performance.

Embodiments of this disclosure provide data reception and data transmission methods and apparatuses thereof. The method includes: receiving first indication information by a terminal equipment; and after the first indication information is received and before a first time point, transmitting uplink data to a target cell by using a first configured grant occasion of a first configured grant.
