Provided is an electronic device capable of effectively cooling heat radiated from a heat-generating electronic component provided in a case by a heat sink, and inhibiting any impact on electronic circuits and the like by moisture intruding into the case. A heat sink provided inside the case has a plurality of protrusions extending perpendicularly toward a facing wall part of the case. Air entering the case from a first air intake hole formed in the facing wall part is dispersed and periodically diffused by the protrusions, and exhausted outside via a gas exhaust hole by a power fan. Moisture intruding into the case is drained downward through a water draining path along upper surfaces of a first bank part and a second bank part.

An aspect of the present invention relates to an apparatus (1) for liquid cooling at least one integrated circuit (IC1, IC2, IC3), comprising: at least one heat-conducting plate (10) configured to be in thermal contact with the at least one integrated circuit (IC1, IC2, IC3); a casing (20) to which the at least one heat-conducting plate (10) is attached, the casing (20) comprising: an inlet section (30) comprising an inlet (31) for receiving a cooling liquid (CL); a manifold section (40) that is tapered and configured to control a flow (F) of the cooling liquid (CL) from the inlet section (30) into the manifold section (40) and change a flow direction of the cooling liquid (CL) from a first direction (D1) from the inlet section (30) into the manifold section (40) to a second direction (D2) transverse to the first direction (D1), the first direction (D1) and the second direction (D2) being parallel to a principal plane (11) of the at least one heat-conducting plate (10); a flow input control section (50) comprising a plurality of solid flow input control segments (51) that form flow input passages (52) between them and are configured to control the flow (F) of the cooling liquid (CL) in the second direction (D2) from the manifold section (40) into a cooling section (60) of the casing (20); the cooling section (60) comprising a plurality of heat sink elements (61, 64) at least a part of which is in thermal contact with the at least one heat-conducting plate (10) and that are configured to transfer heat from the at least one heat-conducting plate (10) to the cooling liquid (CL) flowing from the flow input control section (50) through the cooling section (60); and an outlet section (70) comprising an outlet (71) for outputting the cooling liquid (CL) from the cooling section (60). Another aspect relates to a vehicle (1000) comprising such an apparatus (1).

A holder and an electronic component are provided. The holder is formed of an elastic material and is configured to hold an object. The holder includes a first surface configured to mount the holder onto a mounting surface of a member; and a second surface opposite the first surface. At least one groove configured to hold the object is formed on the second surface. The holder is configured such that a size of an opening of the groove on the second surface becomes smaller, as the first surface deforms.

An acoustic system includes a speaker; a driver configured to drive the speaker by a drive signal generated from an audio signal to be input; and a displacement estimator. The speaker includes a first magnetic gap, a second magnetic gap overlapping the first magnetic gap as viewed in an axial direction of the speaker, and a first voice coil and a second voice coil that are fixed to a vibration system of the speaker configured to vibrate in the axial direction, such that the first voice coil and the second voice coil are positioned in the first magnetic gap and the second magnetic gap as viewed in the axial direction.

A displacement-detecting device for a speaker includes a magnet fixed to a vibration body configured to vibrate by air vibration caused by vibration of a vibration system of the speaker, a sensor provided at a fixed body relative to a fixed system of the speaker, a displacement detector, and a displacement converter. The sensor is configured to detect a magnetic flux vector of the magnet acting on the sensor. The displacement detector is configured to detect a displacement of a vibration system of a passive radiator based on a detection value of the magnetic flux vector by the sensor. The displacement converter is configured to convert the displacement of the vibration system of the passive radiator to a displacement of the vibration system of the speaker.

A display device for displaying a floating aerial image using retroreflection includes a light source, a beam splitter, at least first and second retroreflection members disposed along different planes, and at least first and second phase plates disposed on respective surfaces of the first retroreflection member and the second retroreflection member, wherein the beam splitter is configured to reflect light from the light source to the first and second retroreflection members, and to transmit light reflected by the first and second retroreflection members so as to form the floating aerial image, and a slow axis of the first phase plate has an angle difference with respect to a slow axis of the second phase plate such that a difference between a phase difference of the light transmitted through the first phase plate and a phase difference of the light transmitted through the second phase plate becomes small.

A multilayer board includes a first conductor layer, a second conductor layer, and an insulating layer. The first conductor layer and the second conductor layer are stacked via the insulating layer. The first conductor layer includes a plurality of lands to which an electrode of an electronic component for surface mounting is to be soldered. The second conductor layer includes an interconnect pattern electrically connected to the lands via a conductive through-hole formed in the insulating layer. The plurality of lands have a same planar shape.

A tear-prevention structure for a multilayer substrate having a plurality of interconnect layers laminated via an insulating layer is provided. The tear-prevention structure includes a tear-prevention conductor pattern formed in proximity to a slit or a hole provided in the multilayer substrate, and the conductor pattern is formed in at least two layers of the plurality of the interconnect layers of the multilayer substrate.

An aspect of the present invention relates to an apparatus (10) for liquid cooling at least one data processing unit (102), comprising: an inlet (12) for receiving a cooling liquid; an outlet (14) for outputting the cooling liquid; an internal cavity (16) arranged between the inlet (12) and the outlet (14) and fluidically connecting the inlet (12) and the outlet (14); at least one heat-conducting plate (18) extending along a side of the internal cavity (16) and comprising a heat-conducting material and configured to be in thermal contact with the at least one data processing unit (102); and a plurality of discrete heat-conducting objects (20) each comprising a heat-conducting material and arranged in the internal cavity (16) in a pattern; wherein each of the plurality of heat-conducting objects (20) contacts at least another one of the plurality of heat-conducting objects (20) in the internal cavity (16); wherein at least one of the plurality of heat-conducting objects (20) is in thermal contact with the at least one heat-conducting plate (18); and wherein the plurality of heat-conducting objects (20) are arranged in the internal cavity (16) such that, when the apparatus (10) is in a liquid cooling operation, the cooling liquid at least partially surrounds the heat-conducting objects (20). Further aspects relate to an electronic device comprising such an apparatus and a vehicle comprising such an electronic device.

A display device includes: a plurality of light-emitting elements; and a circuit substrate with a surface configured for mounting the plurality of light-emitting elements. The plurality of light-emitting elements are arranged on the circuit substrate to form a fixed display pattern. Part or all of the plurality of light-emitting elements are connected in series via wires.

A display device includes a frame member; a glass cover plate configured to be fixed to the frame member; an adhesive layer configured to be disposed on an inner surface of the cover plate located within a window surrounded by the frame member; and a display cell configured to be fixed to the inner surface of the cover plate via the adhesive layer. The frame member has an inner side surface surrounding the window, a weir portion protruding from the inner side surface toward the window, and a weir end surface serving as part of the weir portion and extending continuously around an entire periphery of the window at a boundary portion with the inner surface of the cover plate. A light-emitting structure of a transmissive display includes a plurality of pairs of electrodes arranged in an array, a plurality of transmissive light sources arranged to extend between the electrodes of respective pairs, and a reflective portion arranged in a target region including a region configured for shielding a light path, the light path extending in a direction from a portion of a rear surface of each of the plurality of light sources that faces a gap between the electrodes toward a transparent substrate.

A method of manufacturing a circuit board is disclosed. The method includes: a first step of forming a plurality of pixel circuits on a film with the pixels connected to each other by a wiring pattern; a second step of processing the film to thin the film at least at a position between pixels, and singulating the film into individual pixel units such that the film is cut together with the wiring pattern at the position between the pixels; a third step of transferring a plurality of singulated pieces, each having a pixel circuit formed thereon, onto a flexible substrate; and a fourth step of forming a stretchable interconnect by depositing liquid metal between wiring patterns cut in the second step.

Audio signal processing circuitry in an audio system: extracts a cross-talk signal, which is a component of a second audio signal included in an output of a microphone; extracts a noise signal from the output of the microphone, not including the component of the second audio signal or component of sound emitted from a first-seat speaker, and including a noise component unrelated to the audio system; determines the amount of gain adjustment for a masking noise signal such that the masking noise signal is at a predetermined level greater than the difference in magnitude between the cross-talk signal and the noise signal; adjusts the gain of the masking noise signal output from a masking noise source based on the determined amount; and combines the gain-adjusted masking noise signal and the first audio signal output from a first-seat audio source together, and outputs the combined signal to the first-seat speaker.

An aerial input apparatus includes a first display configured to display an aerial image relating to an input operation; a second display configured to display an image relating to the aerial image at a position different from a display position of the aerial image; a detector configured to detect a position or a movement of an operation portion of a user; and a display controller configured to control the first display and the second display based on a detection result obtained by the detector. The display controller is configured to switch the first display from a display state to a non-display state and to switch the second display from a non-display state to a display state, in response to determining that the operation portion has approached or touched the aerial image while the first display is displaying the aerial image.

A speaker includes a support that includes a frame and a magnetic circuit fixed rearward of the frame; a diaphragm supported by the frame to be vibratable; a bobbin configured to vibrate along with the diaphragm; and a voice coil provided at the bobbin. The magnetic circuit includes a driving magnet. A magnetic gap is formed between a rear inner yoke and a rear outer yoke that are located rearward of the driving magnet. The voice coil is located in the magnetic gap. The magnetic gap is open to a space rearward of the magnetic circuit.

An audio signal processor includes signal processing circuits provided in one-to-one correspondence with audio signal channels, wherein each of the signal processing circuits is configured to separate, from a source sound signal, a target sound signal representing a target sound, which is to be processed for enhanced sound localization, the source sound signal being an audio signal of a corresponding channel, generate a sound signal with enhanced sound localization by multiplying frequencies of the separated target sound signal by a factor of k (k is an integer of 2 or more), and synthesize the source sound signal and the sound signal with enhanced sound localization for output.

A speaker includes: a drive-and-support part having a frame; a vibrating part supported by the frame such that the vibrating part is able to vibrate; a magnetic drive part configured to make the vibrating part vibrate; a detection magnet provided in one of the drive-and-support part or the vibrating part; a first magnetic sensor and a second magnetic sensor provided in the other one of the drive-and-support part or the vibrating part, and configured to detect a magnetic field produced by the detection magnet; and a detection circuit configured to determine a difference between a first detection output of the first magnetic sensor and a second detection output of the second magnetic sensor. The first and second magnetic sensors are spaced apart from each other in a direction in which the vibrating part vibrates.

A touch detection system includes a display, touch sensors arranged below a lower edge of a display surface of the display, light sources, photodetectors to detect a reflected light of the non-visible light emitted by the light source, a touch detector to detect a touch on the touch sensors with a set detection sensitivity, and a proximity detector to detect proximity of a hand to a region below the lower edge of the display surface, wherein the proximity detector detects the proximity of the hand to the region when a predetermined condition is satisfied, and when the proximity of the hand to the region is detected, the touch detector sets the detection sensitivity of the touch detector to a first sensitivity, and otherwise, the touch detector sets the detection sensitivity of the touch detector to a second sensitivity, which is less sensitive than the first sensitivity.

A display device includes: a substrate; a daisy-chain wiring formed on the substrate; and a plurality of light-emitting devices connected in a daisy chain via the daisy-chain wiring.
