A filter material for a filter for high flow filtration is provided comprising a filter medium, the filter medium being configured in pleats, the pleats preferably having a pleat height of at least 150 mm, and comprising a three-dimensional mat of entangled extruded polymeric filaments between layers of the filter medium of adjacent pleats, enabling to reduce the air flow resistance in the filter element as compared to a filter material comprising Aluminium spacers between layers of the filter medium of adjacent pleats.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauteil (10) für eine Filtereinheit (100) aufweisend:ein Düsenelement (12), welches einen ersten Durchmesser (14) aufweist, welcher der Filtereinheit (100) zugewandt ist, wobei das Düsenelement (12) einen zweiten Durchmesser (16) aufweist, wobei der zweite Durchmesser (16) größer ist als der erste Durchmesser (14), sodass ein Strömungswiderstand eines Luftstroms aus der Filtereinheit (100) durch das Düsenelement (12) verringert wird,ein Luftleitelement (18), welches dazu eingerichtet ist, einen Luftimpuls in die Filtereinheit (100) zumindest teilweise zu beschleunigen, um eine Abreinigungsleistung in der Filtereinheit (100) zu erhöhen.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Reinigungstuch, umfassend ein als Vliesstoff ausgebildetes textiles Trägermaterial und eine Polyvinylformal enthaltende Imprägnierung, wobei das textile Trägermaterial auf mindestens einer Oberfläche, vorzugsweise auf beiden Oberflächen, Mikrofasern umfasst, und wobei das Reinigungstuch, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Reinigungstuches, 45 bis 90 Gew.-% an textilem Trägermaterial und 10 bis 55 Gew.-%, Polyvinylformal umfasst.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauteil (10) für eine Filtereinheit (100), wobei das Bauteil (10) in einem Luftstrom anordenbar ist, welcher zumindest teilweise die Filtereinheit (100) durchströmt, wobei das Bauteil (10) zumindest in einem vorbestimmten Bereich (12) eine Vielzahl von Profilen (14) aufweist, welche anhand eines vorbestimmten Musters (16) zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Vielzahl von Profilen dazu eingerichtet ist, zumindest teilweise eine turbulente Grenzschicht auszubilden, um einen Strömungswiderstand des Luftstroms an dem Bauteil (10) zu reduzieren.

Der Vliesstoff enthält eine Faserzusammensetzung, umfassend man-made Cellulosefasern und Polyvinylalkoholfasern, sowie ein biobasiertes polymeres Bindemittel.
