Zusammenfassung
The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for transmitting an image, a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer program product, relating to the technical fields of artificial intelligence such as image compression, computer vision, and autonomous driving. A specific implementation of the method includes: determining a collection environment corresponding to a target image based on a collection position of the target image in an electronic map; determining a target bit rate based on the collection environment; compressing the target image based on the target bit rate to obtain a compressed image; and uploading the compressed image to a target device based on a preset communication path. In this way, the collection environment can be evaluated through a collection position of the image, and the bit rate used when the image is uploaded can be dynamically adjusted based on differences in the collection environment. This enables, on the premise of ensuring the use quality of the uploaded image, reducing the amount of transmission resources used during the image upload process and lowering bandwidth requirements during the transmission process. |

Zusammenfassung
The present disclosure provides a locking mechanism and a child safety seat. The locking mechanism is used to lock relative movement between a first component (100) and a second component (200). The second component (200) has at least one mating locking member (210). The locking mechanism includes a locking member (300) and a driving member (400). The locking member (300) is disposed on the first component (100). The locking member (300) has a locking pin (330) provided with a locking protrusion (332) in a radial direction and configured to be movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. When the locking pin (330) is in the locked position, the locking pin (330) is locked to the mating locking member (210) to block relative movement between the first component (100) and the second component (200). When the locking pin (330) is in the unlocked position, the locking pin (330) is unlocked from the mating locking member (210) to allow the relative movement between the first component (100) and the second component (200). The driving member (400) is configured to drive the locking pin (330) to move between the locked position and the unlocked position and to rotate the locking pin (330) about its own axis. The locking mechanism according to the present disclosure is capable of reliably maintaining or releasing relative positioning between the two components (100, 200). |

The present disclosure provides a shoulder strap height adjusting mechanism. The shoulder strap height adjusting mechanism includes a seat pad and shoulder straps. The seat pad is provided with shoulder strap perforations through which the shoulder straps pass and shielding sheets located at the shoulder strap perforations. The two shoulder strap perforations are at the same height. Two sliding straps are disposed in the two shoulder strap perforations and extend respectively along the height direction. The two shoulder straps pass through the two shoulder strap perforations respectively and are slidably connected to the corresponding sliding straps through fasteners. The present disclosure further provides a seat cloth and a child carrier. |

Disclosed herein is a transportable beamline (100, 200) for ion beam irradiation, in particular small animal ion beam irradiation, and a method (700) of aligning a transportable beamline. The beamline (100, 200) is configured to receive an ion beam (102), in particular a proton beam, from an ion beam source and to guide the ion beam (102) along a beam path (104) to a target point (106) that is to be irradiated. The beamline (100, 200) comprises: an energy degrader (108, 500) for decelerating ions in the ion beam (102); a collimator (110, 400) for collimating the ion beam (102); a focusing assembly (112) for focusing the ion beam (102), the focusing assembly (112) being arranged downstream of the energy degrader (108, 500) and the collimator (110, 400) along the beam path (104) for the ion beam (102) and comprising two or more quadrupole magnets (112A-C) arranged along the beam path (104); and a common base structure (114) to which at least the collimator (110, 400) and the focusing assembly (112) are mounted, the common base structure (114) being configured to preserve relative alignment between the collimator (110, 400) and the two or more quadrupole magnets (112A-C) during transport of the beamline (100, 200), wherein some or all of said two or more quadrupole magnets (112A-C) are removably mounted to the common base structure (114) via a respective kinematic mount (116, 300). |

The locking mechanism (240) includes a front guard latch (242) movable between a locking position where the front guard latch (242) is engaged with the second and the third coupling part (120, 128) so that the front guard (106) is locked to the handle frame (104) in the deployed configuration, and an unlocking position where the front guard latch (242) is disengaged from one of the second and the third coupling part (120, 128) for rotation of the front guard (106) relative to the handle frame (104) and the standing frame (102).
