a motor control device is used to control a drive circuit to drive a motor to operate, and the motor control device includes a control module, an angle sensing device, and a current sensing device. The control module is use to count a plurality of first specific cycles and a plurality of second specific cycles, and provide a count value that increases with time during each first specific cycle. The angle sensing device is use to sample an angle parameter of the motor at a first time of each first specific cycle according to a resolver ISR, and the current sensing device is use to sample a current parameter provided by the drive circuit at a second time of each second specific cycle according to a current ISR. The control module compensates the angle parameter according to each ISR and the timestamp. |

Zusammenfassung
A power circuit and a control method thereof are disclosed. The power circuit includes a switching element, a switch driver chip, a clamping circuit and a capacitor. The switch element includes a control terminal, a first current conduction terminal and a second current conduction terminal. The switch driver chip includes a desaturation detection circuit and a switch driving circuit. The desaturation detection circuit includes a comparator. A non-inverting input terminal of the comparator is electrically connected to a current source and the first current conduction terminal. An inverting input terminal of the comparator receives a reference voltage. The switch driving circuit outputs a first control signal to control the operations of the switching element according to a comparator output signal from the output terminal of the comparator. A voltage at the non-inverting input terminal is clamped by the clamping circuit when the switching element is turned on. The capacitor is electrically connected between the non-inverting input terminal and a ground terminal. A voltage value of the reference voltage is regulated according to a capacitance value of the capacitor and a switching specification of the switching element. If the capacitor voltage of the capacitor is greater than the reference voltage, the switching element is turned off under control of the switch driving circuit. |

A power supply device applied to fuel cells, comprising a power conversion circuit and a control circuit. The power conversion circuit is configured to output corresponding power to a load on the basis of a power input signal of a fuel cell. The control circuit is configured to generate an input current control signal on the basis of an input power command and a power ramp rate command, or an input current command and a current ramp rate command, and a measured power value or a measured current value. On the basis of the input current control signal, the control circuit generates a control signal, and accordingly controls the power conversion circuit to adjust the power or current of the power input signal of the fuel cell. The input current of the power supply device can reach the expected target more quickly, and the power supply device is prevented from excessively drawing input power or current from the fuel cell. The present application also relates to an operation method. |
