Techniken zum Erzeugen eines Ground-Truth Datensatzes für einen virtuellen Assistenten, wobei die Elemente des Ground-Truth Datensatzes mögliche Nutzeranfragen an den virtuellen Assistenten umfassen, wobei das Verfahren zumindest teilweise auf einer Rechnereinheit ausführbar ist und die folgenden Schritte umfasst:• Bereitstellen von Anfragen von Nutzern an die Recheneinheit, wobei es sich hierbei um Anfragen handelt die für den virtuellen Assistenten bestimmt sind, respektive waren;• Analysieren der Anfragen im Hinblick auf eine Eignung für eine Aufnahme in die Ground-Truth Daten; wobei die Analyse von zumindest zwei virtuellen Editoren vorgenommen wird, wobei jeder der virtuellen Editoren für jede Anfrage ein eigenes Analyseergebnis erstellt;• Implementieren von Mitteln zur Bewertung der Analyseergebnisse auf der Recheneinheit, wobei die Mittel zur Bewertung einen Wert TS berechnen der eine Wahrscheinlichkeit repräsentiert, dass die Anfrage für den Ground-Truth Datensatz geeignet ist, wobei die Berechnung basierend auf den Analyseergebnissen der zumindest zwei virtuellen Editoren für die jeweilige Anfrage durchgeführt wird;• Vergleichen des berechneten Wertes TS mit einem vordefinierten Schwellenwert TH;• Hinzufügen der Anfrage in den Ground-Truth Datensatz, wenn der berechnete Wert TS größer ist als der Schwellenwert TH.

The quality Q is predicted by using a deterministic model and a machine learning model with the obtained bit stream parameters, wherein the predicted video quality is a weighted sum of the prediction of both models. A residuum of the deterministic model is predicted by the machine learning model.
