The invention relates to microparticles comprising an oil core C and a shell S, wherein• the oil core C comprises a lipophilic active ingredient;• the shell S is a product of a sol-gel reaction of a mixture comprising a tetraalkoxysilane of formula Si(OR<sub>1</sub>)<sub>4</sub>, a trialkoxyalkylsilane of formula R<sub>2</sub>Si(OR<sub>3</sub>)<sub>3</sub> and a particulate surface agent with a carbon content ranging from 0.5 to 50 wt% relative to the total weight of particulate surface agent,R<sub>1</sub> being independently a (C<sub>1</sub>-C<sub>6</sub>)alkyl, R<sub>2</sub> being a (C<sub>1</sub>-C<sub>6</sub>)alkyl, and R<sub>3</sub> being independently a (C<sub>1</sub>-C<sub>6</sub>)alkyl;• the hydrodynamic diameter of the microparticles ranges from 0.5 to 100 µm as measured by laser diffraction spectroscopy.The invention further relates to a process for manufacturing the microparticles |

Cette tour de fibrage comporte un support (120) de stabilisation apte à limiter l'amplitude des vibrations d'une fibre optique nue générée par un four (42) d'étirage, ce support comportant à cet effet une membrane dont la dureté, sur l'échelle A de Shore, est comprise entre 5 et 60. La membrane comporte une fente pourvue de bords aptes à frotter contre la fibre optique nue lorsque cette fibre optique nue défile à l'intérieur d'un poste (44) d'inscription de motifs. La distance verticale entre la fente et une zone (66) d'inscription de motifs dans la fibre optique nue, est inférieure à une distance Dmax au-delà de laquelle l'amplitude des vibrations de la fibre optique nue devient supérieure au diamètre du cœur de cette fibre optique nue. |
