The invention relates to vehicle (1) comprising a swipe door (2) and a drive unit (6) for opening and closing the swipe door relative to a vehicle body (4) of the vehicle. The vehicle comprises a first door latch (5a), a second door latch (5b) and a third door latch (5c) for locking the swipe door to the vehicle body when the swipe door is closed, and the first door latch (5a) is arranged at an upper roof area of the vehicle (1). When the swipe door (2) is locked to the vehicle body (4) by the second door latch (5b) and the third door latch (5c) but not by the first door latch (5a), the drive unit (6) is arranged to create a force which is applied on the swipe door (2), which force pivots the swipe door about a geometrical axis (9) and moves an upper part (10) of the swipe door (2) towards the vehicle body (4) to a position where the swipe door can be locked to the vehicle body by the first door latch (5a). The geometrical pivot axis (9) extends through the second door latch (5b) and the third door latch (5c).
